This company is a disgrace. Their latest TV ads for Chicken Skewers markets them as being suitable for BOTH Halal and NON Halal Diets. This is despicable. If the Chicken used in the products is Halal it is NOT suitable for non Halal diets. Would they try telling religious groups who insist on Halal products that non Halal meats were suitable for THEIR diets?
Then don't tell groups who have different belief systems that it's 'fine' for THEM to consume inhumanely ritually slaughtered meats!

Out of all the meat in the freezers,nearly all of it on close inspection of the packaging,was halal,this should be clearly marked on the freezers or the aisles,like other shops. I don't want halal and I could have eaten it without knowing, this would cause considerable distress to me,just as it would if a Muslim ate non halal. I emailed customer services with this issue but they weren't interested

I’m an ex-employee the store I worked at was one of the busiest in the whole company. They give the staff half hour at the end of the shift to clean up, on countless occasions the fire door has been locked during trading hours colleges smoke vapes in the bathroom. Everytime you go to your line manger and request holiday he gets moody the management team are full of kids and the store generally is a child team working. On more then one occasion I have put out defrosted stock for customers to buy the hygiene is disgusting with bugs climbing up the wall. The bathroom has silverfish in it which is disgusting for employees and disgusting customers to use.

Wishaw branch scotland great value and all staff friendly also had to call customer services spoke with Melissa she was fantastic solved my problem in minutes

I have used oak house farm foods for a while now but every time I seem to order they have a problem and they want to change my delivery is a very bad service they don't supply what they say they should when they should don't rely on them try Wiltshire farm foods they're much more reliable

Usually i eat the steak ragu from farm foods and have no issue with it. But today i was mid eating my steak ragu and there was genuienly a foreign piece of meat within the ragu, it looked like pasta underneath the sauce but i assure you it was not. It had a stretchy consistency with many branches coming off of it, it was multiple tubes strung together which looked like large veins of an animal. It could be fat but it looked extremely like large tube veins to me and i’m not even sure if my pasta was safe to eat?

Just been for monthly shop at farmfoods really shocked at prices. Normally spend around £90, but same items now cost £112.58. I could not believe the prices, some items we refused to buy. Hollands prices up by 1.00 per pack and bacon from £6 to almost £10 and even less slices. Sorry but farmfoods beyond my reach anymore.

You can buy loads of good quality food at a much lower price. I always buy frozen vegetables, tinned fish, frozen fish, frozen fruits and basics like cheese and butter from there as it's as good, if not better, that much more expensive supermarkets.

farmfoods lamb chops are 9.99 a kilo , but are 90% bone and sinew... totally inedible and a disgusting rip off of poor people....get them off the shelves now. If you dont have a clue how to properly butcher and present meat...stop selling it till you do...

Do not order from FarmFoods. My order came freezer burned and the vacuum package around the meat was ripped. Terrible cuts and tiny. I took pictures and contacted customers and they would not make it right. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They do not care about the customer. If anyone needs I still have the pictures.

The worst service I have every had from an online meat company in my entire life. Avoid this merchant. I ordered a 5 roast box and received one 2 lb roast in my box along with a 4 oz top round and a 7 lb brisket. Took pictures and contacted customer support and they did not make it right but agreed to one London Broil roast which is described on the their website as ~1 lb - 2 lb ea. but instead I received a .69 lb. bottom round. Do not expect to get what you order or any customer friendly service or satisfaction. I will never use this company in the future

I had a horrible experience with this company and would not purchase from them again.
I bought 4 New Yorks and 4 Filet Mignon as a gift.
I noticed my order did not ship as expected so I reached out to them. They said they were low on Filet Mignon and offered to split at no extra cost or cancel the order. I asked to split the order but they said New York Steaks would not ship till the following week as it now Wednesday and they only ship on Monday and Tuesday. They did not have an expected date for the filet Mignon.
Thursday, they cancel the Filet Mignon without any other explanation. I contact them and ask they cancel whole order. They state they no longer can cancel the order (it is Thursday, they only ship on Monday or Tuesday, and they offered to cancel the entire order the day before). I really don’t know how they can find this acceptable in any way.
I completely understand fulfillment issues but the lack of communication and customer care was so disappointing, especially for something that was suppose to be a gift.

I need a update when this order will ship, going on 8 days FF96751

Who are they kidding with their prices and it appears the prices are going up again. This place is best avoided. Stuff being sold at a premium price right up to the use by date. It time people voted with their money and spent elsewhere until this company gets a grip.

Shopped in Pembroke dock store on Monday 26 th June I had the most unpleasant young man serving me . Never spoke started putting my goods thro while I was still putting them on conveyer belt so they were all piled up before I finished. Couldn’t even tell me how much my bill I had to ask . He didn’t look as if he wanted to be there . I ll never have him serve me again

I always visit Farmfoods at Mansfield woodhouse and always find it well stocked. The staff are very friendly especially Marc who I think is the manager, he always goes out of his way to help and nothing is to much trouble. It's a pleasure to shop there wish other stores were the same .

Visited Farmfoods catterick garrison on 9th April and was delighted with the variety of products offered. The store layout was very easy to find products, and very tidy. The staff helpful, and I would reccomend everyone looking to fill their larder to definitely check out this store. The manageress there was also very helpful, as I accidently left my mobile phone there, and she went out of her way to contact me when it was found in the shop, and made sure I ws able to retreive it. I had an interview for a retail assistant position at a store in Birmingham. I had the interview with the area manager called Shane. From the moment I walked in to the interview I wasn’t welcomed at all and I felt uncomfortable from the very beginning. Throughout the interview the interviewer didn’t make any eye contact and didn’t seem interested at all. The interview wasn’t conducted in a professional manner and clearly this company only supports and employs majority white people. I’ve never felt that sort of bad energy before and they say your gut instincts are always right. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to be discriminated against . I honestly believe I was not employed due to the fact I’m a brown person

Price's are OK iceland is a bit cheaper and better offers.
From what I have learnt from staff they are not treated very well and have a high staff turn over!
