The best in the industry!
I have had several treatments with Jay over a couple of years. I can truly say that Jay and his team really are the best in their game.
Jay is extremely knowledgeable but explains things in a way that it’s easy to understand. He’s patient, warm and relaxed. The appointments never feel rushed which is lovely, as I travel over an hour to seen him. The Croydon clinic and is beautiful, bright and spotless, it’s a pleasure to visit.
The customer service from Zel and June is outstanding. They are always there to answer my many questions and go above and beyond for their clients. Expect a reply from their WhatsApp within minutes.
Jay has given me so much more confidence and has achieved such a natural look. He is the master of enhancement and facial balancing!
I would never go anywhere else nor trust anyone else with my face. Thank you again Farleigh Medical!

Exceptional Botox Experience
I recently had Botox at Farleigh Medical and couldn't be happier with the results. Jay is incredibly.professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The results are subtle yey eggevtive-exactly what I was hoping for. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and the whole team is friendly and reassuring. Highly recommend.

Jay is always friendly and professional. The clinic is bright, clean and modern.
My only small issue is that it can sometimes be difficult to book, but any queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Farleigh Medical is THE BEST place to have cosmetic work done
I have had two procedures at Farleigh Medical, and trust them implicitly. Jay is the ultimate professional with a medical background. The results from the procedures I’ve had have been perfect. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. I even said to Jay I don’t understand why celebrities don’t come to him to have their lips done, I am so happy with mine, very subtle but just enough

Approachable, skilled clinician

Happy customer for many years now
I’ve been a regular customer for 4 years now and I couldn’t recommend Dr. Jay more. He dissolved and then fixed a problem created by another practitioner (who’s also a Doctor and at well-known clinic in London) and my lips now look great and, most importantly, natural. I really respect how ethical he is and it’s really reassuring to know that he would never recommend treatments that I don’t actually need just to get the extra money.

Friendly and professional service. No rushing the sessions. Jay took time to go through my concerns; he is very knowledgeable. He used really high quality filler. I did not feel a thing!! The numbing cream was so strong. I also did not have any bruising! And the result was very natural. I am really happy with the service. 100% recommend
