Thank you for sorting my bathroom so quickly over Christmas!!

I have been a tenant of Farefield Estates for over 5 years now. I started in a shared house in a large double room and was very impressed how clean and tidy the whole house was.Their cleaners come in every week without fail and clean all communal areas, even leaving empty bin bags for tenants to use.
I am.now currently living in one of their gorgeous 3 bed houses which is lovely.
I have a great relationship with all the office staff and on the rare occasion I have an issue maintenamce are there the same day.
If its a hassle free move into a room,flat or house you are looking for then look no further than Farefield Estates. From.the first enquiry to move in it really is 5 stars all the way.

Appreciate the quick service in sorting out my maintenance issue over the Xmas period. Life saver.

The people who live here are really nice and I get on with them really well. The house isn't bad. The parking needs to be a bit better.

Be aware as this agency is not correct with their customers. I regret so much that we choose them.
Anyway if you choose to be with them, it’s better not to use their parking as you going to get tickets from UKPC parking even that you already have been paid. I had already been charged 4 times from UKPC parking even that I paid 6 months in advance and only ones Farefields contacted them to issue that problem. Even that you displayed your tickets they making photos to your car to looks that you dont have them displayed or saying that your ticket is expired, and when you appeal to UKPC parking you can’t give them even a recipe that you paid for the parking as Farefields doesn’t issue a recipe which is against the law.
Last issue which I had experienced is that my car has been blocked on the parking lot as they had a crane on the site. Nobody had informed anybody from the building that there’s going to be a crane at this time anf of course they were saying that it’s not their fall but nobody has informed them about that.
I would say that I don’t believe in this positive feedback which they have as I can see how many people from the building where we live complaining about them. That’s why people doesn’t stay for long with this agency.
Overall not worth to rent with Farefields or if you rent be prepared to be always in stress.

FarefieldEstates have been very helpful throughout the time I have lived in my flat. If I ever had a problem I just had to ring up and they would help me sort it or would send over a person who could sort it for me. They are very helpful and supportive.

Been with Farefield for over 3 years...quality apartments, excellent service, helpful staff, grounds and common areas well looked after.

I’ve been with Farefield for a while now. Very reliable and spot with the service.

Farefields has been a great estate agents. There are some definite quirks, however despite these, I’m very happy in the property, and can see myself staying in the property for the foreseeable future.

I have recently had dealings with farefield properties to rent a propert and have found them very professional through out the transaction and would recommend them.

Got off to a slightly shaky start with one staff member who could have been a little more helpful and polite when arranging key handover to start my daughters tenancy -hence reluctantly one star lost. However, since then I have dealt with Rob in the office who has been great- always polite and helpful, taking or returning calls without fail and even arranging for a engineer to visit and inspect/replace internal telephone wiring in an effort to get the internet connected. I'm extremely appreciative of his attention.

I can honestly say this establishment has done more than words can express, I recently found myself a sticky situation which I won't go into details but must commend the professionalism of the staff in helping me sort it out.

I will recommend Farefield Estates after renting roughly 3 years with them you won't be disappointed. They are honest, reliable ,courteous and most of all will look after you.

Farefield helped me when other local letting agents failed to return my phone calls and even forgot to attend a viewing. A big thank you to Laura in acvounts.

Great experience from start to finish. I was able to view properties outside of the usual 9 to 5 offered by other agents, they provided a 24 hour maintenance service with a quick response time as well as cleaners that kept the property in top condition. Office staff were always polite and helpful and dealt with any queries in a prompt and courteous manner. Very pleased to use this company and would recommend if you want a 100% professional experience

I highly recommend Farefield Estates. I have rented from them for over 5 years now and their admin and maintenance team have always been very helpful and efficient.

I’m not one to write reviews however this company deserves it. My first property they manage and have been fanastic - kept me up to date and always been on top of everything, along with my tenant resigning their contract. Recently I had some maintenance needed doing to this property and Fairfield estates offer their services - I accepted and the fee was a lot under expected (very pleased).

Furthermore, I completed with my second buy to let on the 21st Nov....Fairfield had tenants moving in to the property 22nd Nov....absolutely perfect.

Rented with Farefield for over 4 years, Fantastic service and they are always on hand with any maintenance issues I had, Clean and tidy and professional. If I needed rot rent again I would not hesitate to call the office.
