Dont not use FAMILY LEISURE pool company!!!they have the worst customer service i have ever encountered!!! I had a serious issue with my pool collapsing and contacted then several times to fix the issue and it was under warranty!! And never got even a reply from them, my pool was falling apart and was a safety issue and sent them numerous emails and pictures and they didnt even care,, i had to deal with it myself and take all of it apart with no knowledge of how or what to do!! I want to warn everyone thinking about using this company in hopes that you don’t encounter the same BS i did!! Here aresome pics i sent them to show how much of an issue i was having!!

Bought a swimming pool. Called because the pool was mirky. Lady said we have chemical classes on Saturday. I said we are in the middle of a Covid Epidemic. She said so...I said it is not showing chlorine is it suppose too? She said come to chemical class and you would know. I just bought the pool before Covid hit. They didn’t give instructions when they installed the perma salt. Very disappointed in customer service! I told the lady I have been working from home. I haven’t gone anywhere. She said must be nice. Seriously! So I found chlorine tablets that no one told me to put in. It is salt water. But the chlorine helped still kinda mirky but have to do my own research on how to care for it! Pathetic. 5k on a pool and can’t get help!

Called for store hours for Sunday and Cody told me the hot tubs were going fast and I might not want to wait till Sunday. We got there Saturday and got the last hot tub in the color we wanted. Cody and Rocky tag teamed by showing the hot tub and filling out the paperwork. Both were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly with out going overboard. Thanks to both for the quick in and out... took about an hour tops. Thanks guys

We bought our pool on April 16th. We were told by the salesman that someone from the scheduling department would call us to arrange install. Three weeks went by and no one called us so my husband called. They made arrangements for the pool to be installed on May 16th basically the 5 weeks mark. On May 16th the installer calls to cancel stating it was going to rain. It did not rain that day until later in the evening. On Monday my husband called and they rescheduled to install today May 23rd. At 6:41 a.m. the installer calls and cancels because the radar shows rain in Arkansas. Well it has not rained, in fact the sun has been shining all day and it is a beautiful 86 degrees. They weren’t even suppose to come until later in the day!!! So how was the installer predicting the weather??? I am not happy, my pool is now delayed again for no reason at all!! This is beyond ridiculous!! We paid our pool in full!! It is paid for and there is NO reason why it shouldn’t already be installed.

Items came well packed and looked fantastic. They also arrived during the time frame quoted which was great considering we ordered them during this covid-19 lockdown time frame. Would highly recommend this company and we are happy we chose them. If they gave six stars we would of given them six. Thanks to all the workers who made these custom cushions during this time frame, bless you all.

Ordered over 1 week ago, got initial confirmation of order and emailed a few days ago to query shipping of my order and no response, no further emails re shipping of my order nothing. Really poor customer service.

Placed an order on March 8 still have not received the item been calling since item was placed for an update and they have nothing to say but working on it I have already been sent a bill to make a payment even though i dont have the item i called today and they said they would need to get back with me and still have not heard from them I not planning in purchasing anything else from this company of have to wait over a month to get it and then wanting a payment already when haven't even shipped my item hopefully they will clear this up soon

We purchased the Thunder Ridge Swing Set from Family Leisure in April 2020. Shipping took longer than hoped for but because of COVID-19 it was understandable. Product was delivered in perfect condition. Have now purchased equipment for our pool! Looking forward to continuing shopping with Family Leisure.

We purchased a 27ft above ground pool with upgraded package. Total price just shy of $5,000. Probably not your largest sell but definitely a significant purchase. My husband was given a detailed receipt and all the boxes were loaded up by the warehouse personnel. And then we made the exhausting nearly three hour trip home. After getting the ground leveled and the sand down and the sides up (this required inviting 13 of our closest friends over to help, and feeding all of them in exchange) we were ready to install the skimmer....

Only we didn’t have a skimmer. 😳

Our receipt showed we received one. So we emptied the remaining boxes and searched the truck again. Nothing. So we called the store and were informed that this particular item was out of stock (and had been for sometime).

So we spoke to the store supervisor, Albert, who informed us his warehouse people could MAKE ONE from replacement parts. We discussed possibly having an employee meet us part way, or perhaps them paying an Uber driver to bring it half way. All things not possible without approval from the higher ups.

So we drove up, on Mother’s Day, leaving behind our family and friends (and children) at home to pick up this skimmer. We arrived and nothing more than “yeah, sorry” was received. After spending right at $5,000 and then giving up our day to drive we expected some sort of sincerity in the apology.

Instead we received a bag of parts (some obviously slightly used) and no instructions. No worries, Albert had us covered there. He informed us “you can watch DIY videos online. That means ‘do it yourself’” 😳 well we appreciate that. Obviously we are doing it all ourselves. With no help from your staff.

We were also in the market for a pool cover so I decided to enquirer about prices and perhaps a discount. I was told they started at $150. I asked about a discount and Albert told me he would see what he could do. We walked to the front counter and he pulls up something on the computer. He tells us the pool covers start at $259 and he can give it to us for $149. 😳 inflation from the parts counter to the front counter is a doozy.

So basically we were offered a dollar discount if we spent another couple hundred, for our inconvenience.

We will NEVER purchase or step foot in a family leisure again and will definitely make contact with corporate tomorrow!

Very happy with my pool pad and how quickly it showed up!

Overall good. Delivery team was very nice and professional. Only glitch was a specialty screw for one of the shocks was missing. However, I made a phone call to the local Family Leisure store on Pendleton Pike, and they mailed it out right away. The tanning bed was as described.

Customer service was excellent. Mike kept me informed on a back ordered item and let me know as soon as he knew anything. Delivery was smooth.

We were sad to learn that the showroom in Burnsville closed, but certainly understand. We did an order online, and it arrived in about a weeks time , and the shipping was free, so it wasn't too bad!

Although the cost was much less than our local pool store, it took forever for the product to get here(today) May 5th. Fedex is not the best choice for shipping.

Received order fast. Prices great too.

This was my first time in the store. Albert was very professional and answered every question that I had, ultimately I chose a very beautiful pool table. I’ll be back soon!

Easy to order and quick delivery!

This was my 1st time shopping here. I was searching the internet for a certain glider cover and learned it had been discontinued by the manufacturer and the few sites that had them in stock basically doubled the price.
Family Leisure not only had them in stock but the price was great. I ordered 2 and got free shipping. With the current pandemic I figured it may take a while to get my order but I was wrong. My order was delivered in 1 week.
Very happy with this company.
