We are getting very frustrated about our pool installation. We were told on March 5th that we are buying our pool at the right time for it will get installed early. Here we are going in to June and have only heard we are 150 on the list!! This is not what we expected.

This company is dishonest and ignorant about their products. We deeply regret not shopping with a reputable spa dealer. We have been trying to get them to make things right for over three months now.

I bought a pool in 2020.
They installed it two months later.. but now I have a problem with it and need someone to repair it. There is no one in this area and Family Liesure said they don't cover that.. would not give me installers name, as I think it was an installation issue.. they finally gave me a number that goes straight to voice-mail but they do not return my call.. so.. just know if you have an issue, there is no service for a 6-7 thousand dollar pool that is less that 2 years old.. I would gladly pay to have it repaired if I could find a pro to do it!

I ordered a pool table very happy with the table it looks great! The 2 young men, Brady & Austin from Family leisure that delivered the pool table were very nice and knowledgeable and did a great job setting it up!

Keeping it simple.
Purchased a SPA in January 2021. It is now September, actually first noticed in July, the head pillows are "melting", the air control knobs are rusting. (By melting, black streaks in spa, holes and soft areas on pillows.) I was told the rust means you are getting water near the knobs, in the spa. I was told the pillows are basically getting too exposed to water with the spa cover they sold me and that the SPA might be getting too hot, in a Hot tub (Never over 98 degrees.) You decide if you want rust stains and melted pillows in your spa in 6 months.
P.S. Nothing under warranty, my fault.

My name Erik and I do not agree that I was charged twice for putting in my pool that has not yet been put in. The first guy came and said my level was 7 inches over so they had to schedule a contractor to come out to do the work. The first time I paid over 500.00 dollars now I had to pay all most 900.00 dollars. I did not receive any money’s back from the first and the second contractor is already a contractor on their books for San Antonio. I want some money back back because your company in San Antonio is just price gouging the costumer. Oh by the way I’ve been waiting for two months now. And still have no pool.

Terrible service, bought a pool and spa, spa was great. Pool was installed 2 months later than was originally planned by an installer that kept saying "I have never installed a pool this size". He came out with his wife to install, she didn't know anything about installing. My boyfriend and I had to help and I had to buy parts. Then the liner fell and no one would come look at it. They would tell yes someone will be out but no one came. Then I was told the installer would have to fix it so I had to call him myself. Now my liner leaks. Really fed up!!!

We had a broken sand filter where the plastic came loos e from the multiport valve and start leaking really bad. This was after closing hours on a Thursday. I called the service number and left a message, and someone came out the next day, Jennifer, and she fixed our problem with courtesy and friendliness. Very good experience and very prompt! Thank You!

My mother-in-law bought an above ground pool earlier this year and when the pool was installed a couple months ago, the team of 3 guys that installed it did not do everything they were supposed to do. After talking to Family Leisure SEVERAL times, they REFUSE to help my mother-in-law and come out to finish what they started. Instead, they say it’s not their responsibility. This is our experience of Family Leisure, and I know not everyone has a similar experience, but it’s been incredibly disappointing to not receive any help to finish installing the pool.

The worst customer service EVER. Josh Pannell is a smart aleck, doesn’t give a lick of concern for the customer satisfaction after the pool is purchased. We’ve been trying to buy a pool liner for two seasons now on a 36’ pool we bought there a few years back. They will not return phone calls, they also will not sell us a liner without buying a whole new pool. Rude, terrible service, wish I wouldn’t have bought anything from them. They have the market cornered on the 36’ pools because you can’t buy the liners anywhere else in Arkansas and they don’t have to sell you one if they don’t want to. Worst experience ever and I would NOT recommend to my worst enemy.

I purchased a pool in Indianapolis,Indiana store back in march 2021, miranda totally lied to me and my wife about the date it would be installed. After me calling and complaining about my pool not being installed yet,she popped off that I could install it,note I'm disabled that's why we went there first. Then she proceeds to tell me that there still doing covid pools from last year I mean were already in June so when I told her I wanted a refund she acted like a child all professionalism left her body. How nice that was I can't believe they let people like that drag there business down! So the guys finally call me at 9 pm at night saying there outside to drop off my pool. I explained that it was a return I heard the guys say goddamn in the back ground, real nice talk talking to customers. So unorganized and very unprofessional no communication between there workers and management...Don't waste your time unless you enjoy the run around.

Dishonest! Poor Communication! When I ordered my Trampoline in March the website said ships in about a week. Then received invoice showing they charged my card but in small print at the bottom said arriving mid may. Mid may comes, no word, so I call and am told its in customs and will have it any time. June 1st no word so I call again and am to no worries any day. Now no call again but their website is say mid July. To add the company is no longer answering their phones. This company will lie to you and not communicate.

Family Leisure has been amazing to work with. This is our fourth summer with our pool and anytime I call or go into the store they go above and beyond to help. Josh at the Birmingham location is the BEST!!

Been a customer for past 2 yrs. Every time we go in or call and speak with Gloria she has been absolutely wonderful . She is helpful and friendly ! So we have had a wonderful experience with them .

Michelle Ingram is so knowledgeable and helpful. She will go above and beyond to help you. If you have issues with your pool she is who you need to talk to. Fantastic customer service.

****UPDATE*********
Just received a call from Mr Scott very nice, respectful and understanding.. made me feel like we matter to the company. I apologized for being so upset and he said they are going to work with me replace the liner and do the work no charge and I told him we will purchase a pad. He did say it may take months depending upon the supply .. will keep you all updated. Like I said before had previously bought a pool, trampoline and hot tub from the same company same location with no issue and already told my electrician that we are setting up for another hot tub again - if They keep their word then we will be buying it here again - fingers crossed!!
