Hi, We are sorry to hear your feedback, our intentions are never to leave you dissatisfied.
Looking back at your case notes, we see that we delivered all document services you had requested in a timely manner. Our records show that we tried to follow up with you multiple times after, but couldn't get in touch with you. Then we received a refund request 8 months after all services were completed and delivered. Unfortunately we are not able to approve a refund, due to the fact that all services were delivered and the refund request was too far out of our refund window.
We don't ever want you to feel dissatisfied or like our service was not beneficial to you. Please feel free to contact us at CustomerSatisfaction@FamilyCourtDirect.com if you would like to discuss this further. Our Customer Satisfaction Department will keep an eye out for your email.
