Title: Failed to Protect Me and My Children

I want to share my experience with the family court regarding my situation as a survivor of domestic abuse and coercive control.

Despite providing evidence of abuse and ongoing risk to my children, I felt ignored and dismissed throughout the process.
Court case numbers are not linked, so your abuser even when found guilty, can go back to family court as if it was the first time, so even though my ex was given a non molestation order for beating me up badly in front of my young children causing life changing injuries, he could return to court again and again, as if it was the first time.

My abuser was allowed to continue controlling my life, and my children were placed in situations that compromised their safety.

The court’s decisions left me feeling victim-blamed and unsupported, and my concerns about my children’s welfare were not taken seriously.

I hope that by sharing my experience, others will understand the importance of seeking independent legal advice and advocacy, and that the family court system reflects on how it handles cases involving domestic abuse and coercive control.

Some judges in croydon family court appears to be taking bribes and helping paying parties. anyone to help me please

If you value your families liberty then avoid Watford family court at all costs.
Certain judges at this court are wholly in support of Hertfordshire County council despite all recent publications/reports indicating they are one of the most dishonest, biased, unstable councils in England. There is a certain judge at this court who boasts at being involved with disability charities,but couldn't spot the signs of a person stood in his court & neither did he want to invest his time understanding the symptoms,just to identify the persons disobedience as defiant which has a detrimental effect on the outcome of the case.
Elizabeth Troweler (head of social services) states to many children are wrongly taken taken, Munro report states a failing decapitated system, court reports they are 2 years behind & need to change change/extend/ or shorten court hearings with family informed as little as 3 days before, the adoption reports state adopted parents are being failed, all report's show huge failing in all areas all over the UK & yet that certain judge doesn't read the whole bundle, doesn't question disability status, ignores families please for help in understanding how dishonest & biased the council is , doesn't have any respect for family life or families right to a private life .

They have over 4,000$ of my money and refuse service or refund. Don't give them anything

Scammers! PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM. I was paid in full, and they still tried to contact me and offer me a paid in full hardship, that would cost me an additional $300. I thought that I should have been close to paid up so I checked my bank statements and I was over the amount of my contract. Before I accused them, I called and asked for them to send a statement of what I paid and they tried to say that I had only paid 1/3 of the full amount, that we agreed on even though my bank statements are obvious proof. That led me to read many reviews on Google and the Better Business Bureau and these people scam on desperate people with family court needs. It’s pretty disgusting. One of the complaints is from a woman who left an abusive family situation, and they just took all of her money. Please file a complaint with dca.ca.gov
