I ordered the Francois dress for my mini wedding in November and it exceeded my expectations. I ordered only 3 weeks before my wedding (!!!) and my dress arrived in plenty of time thanks to customer support notating my event date with my order. I received so many compliments on my dress!

My Dress is beautiful and fits amazing! The champagne color is perfect, I can't wait to wear it at a wedding in April!

Beautiful dress, fit perfectly based on sizing guide measurements and shipping was fast to Canada. Did have to pay duty.

Be specific and detailed in your order and you won't be disappointed. I recently ordered 3 Strappy Draped Gowns in Dark Forest Green for my bridesmaids. The online chat line was super helpful. Note: they don't have a phone number, but they are helpful on the chat and quick to respond. I spoke with Ela and Sherly, who were both patient and answered all of my detailed questions. I will admit, before placing my order, I was hesitant to order from the company based on the poor reviews. I live in Canada, and with the exchange rate / duty and all other hiccups caused by Covid, I couldn't afford to have any errors on my order. Thankfully, I read up on all of the reviews / tips from other buyers to ensure that I was prepared. When placing my order, I specifically requested that all three dresses be made by the same tailor and shipped together in one package, so that I only pay duty once. The dresses were scheduled to be shipped within 4 weeks. Much to my surprise, they were shipped within one week! I was so impressed. The dress quality, fabric, color and sizing was perfect. Note: it's not exactly made to size. You need to use your measurements to determine which size to pick. This a bit misleading. Nevertheless, the length is right on point so make sure you take measurements with your heels on! One of the dresses had a request for higher back and adjustable straps and it turned out perfectly! I am giving the website a 4/5 review, simply based on my experience/nerves leading up to my purchase, which I believe Fame&Partners could improve simply by responding to customers reviews so that future shoppers are not left with the same uncertainty. I am a prime example, but I am so happy with how the dresses turned out. Thank you!

I ordered the $150 mystery box and I had a good experience. I liked 3 of the 5 dresses, and even just liking one of the 5 is cost effective.

I seen this dress online and I absolutely fell in love with it. Shipping was amazing and on time and the dress fit perfectly. What you see is what you get, plus the quality is to die for!

I love the fit and look of the Fame and Partners line. I'm using this white off-the shoulder strapless dress for a small wedding ceremony and it's going to be PERFECT. Thank you for making these beautiful, elegant clothes!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I bought a dress and a received it days ago. It was two sizes too big even tho I sent an email to Fame and Partners to make sure of my size, and was told to follow the size-scale which I did. Not only is the sizing completely off, but they charge you 35$ extra for each product that you want to return back or get a refund. Even if you want an another size instead you have to pay the ''small'' waste fee that they call it. Not only was it too big, but the dress was made out of such cheap material. Like I've seen dresses with made out of better material for 20$. My sister also commented on how cheap the fabric was/felt without me telling her how much I payed for it. I regret ever buying something from this site. Since they charge you so much for a return. When I pay 160$ for a dress ATLEAST make the sizing chart accurate. This site/company is an absolute joke. If you want something similar to their products just go to H&M or Forever21.

The dress was poor quality, and didn't fit despite being custom and 'made to fit' have been waiting for a refund since late August, and the responses to my emails all seem automated.

I recently purchased a bridesmaid dress from Fame and Partners for a last minute decision wedding. The order quoted me 5-7 weeks for delivery, which was just at the wedding date. After reaching out to support, Sherly did a phenomenal job helping me to get the order shipped as quickly as possible (despite that the order was not technically one that could be rush delivered). The dress ended up arriving in just 11 days, giving me plenty of time for alterations and such. Thank you Fame and Partners for a great customer experience, especially during these difficult times. I was very impressed.

DO NOT ORDER from this Company. Dress was a complete joke. Fabric was awful and cheap. Nothing like the measurements we sent - about 30cms too short. Looked like a nightie from KMart. Cost $50 to return to the US and still haven't received a refund after more than 2 months. Just don't do it. Buy local and try it on!!!!!

I never got my package and never got a tracking link from DHL. They are not willing to give me my money back and I'm pretty sure my dress was never shipped-

My daughter ordered a dress from Fame and Partners and due to COVID-19 had a complicated situation with the delivery of the dress. She had to come home from school in NYC and the dress was delivered to her NYC apartment after she left New York. After communicating with Fame and Partners and the local Post Office a few times, they were able to redirect the delivery to our California address. They were very prompt at responding to my emails and were very helpful. By the way, the dress is lovely.

Purchased a beautiful Tie Back Mermaid dress in dark forest. The straps were a little long but otherwise fit perfectly. Customer service was very helpful in helping us understand and choose the proper length of the dress. Would definitely purchase from again.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with delivery service that Fame and Partners handled with such grace and professionalism. Could not be happier with the garments and the way I was treated as a customer x.

This business is a scam. You go through what seems like a fun and unique process custom designing your dress, you take your measurements and what you get is nothing like the pictures and the fit is an absolute joke. I ordered a size 2-it looked like a tent, was about 2’ too long, and would easily fit a size 8/10. Why waste our time making us take our measurements if none will be taken into consideration? I returned the dress and was deducted the $35 which is BS. My guess is these people send out the same bad dresses only for them to be returns and they must just profit off the $35 return fee. What.a.joke.

Love my dress! Originally made a mistake regarding dress length, and the customer service team was SO helpful with my exchange. I now have a perfectly fit, beautiful dress, that I cannot wait to wear!!

I sent a dress back months ago and still waiting for a refund. I would never order from this company again. The dress wasn't the same as in the pictures. Be wary.

I ordered a mystery box and was really happy with the styles and quality of the dresses I received. I would order again!

I placed my order on April 15th and paid the $15 for shipping (5-7 business days). I have yet to receive a shipping number and it’s May 1st. The reason for two stars is I emailed Fame and Partners Outlet explaining how I wanted a reimbursement for the $15 I paid for shipping (because it wasn’t shipped in the 5-7 days or delivered during that time frame) and they complied. I was sent an email saying the reimbursement has been initiated. Without that I would have given it 1 star.
