Definitely not in London!
I wish I'd seen these other reviews before ordering - clothes are nothing like the quality advertised. My biggest problem is how misleading it is so put "London" in the company name, only to find its being shipped (and returned to) China. Very unhappy, out of pocket customer.

Terrible quality and returns have to be sent to China
The website for this shop talks about woollen items, but none of them are made from wool. The quality is dreadful and although it says easy 30 day return, but you only get 14 days to return and have to send them back to China!

Ordered from this company. Got confirmation emails for two items but paid for three. Got in contact with them and they have no record of third order. Having to go through my bank to get a refund! One item has arrived today and it is very poor quality. Looks nothing like the advertisement! Avoid at all costs.

Totally agree with all the comments here. Ordered 2 items weeks ago, only just received one of them and it's nothing like the image. Horrendous quality I wouldn't even wear it. Avoid at all costs

Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam, my order never arrived and there is no way of contacting them. I emailed customer support but it’s an auto reply so clearly fake. Do not buy from this website.

It’s a scam
It’s a scam you can buy the jumpers from Temu . Very rubbish quality. Also my order never arrived and it costed me £90.
And there is now a new website called “oh my chick” and it’s the same. You cannot return items only to china.
