We've participated in several training courses with F1, spanning from various Excel levels to a session on Microsoft Forms. Attendees found each one engaging and extremely beneficial. I wholeheartedly endorse their services and plan to enroll in more courses with them in the future.

Really professional, as a beginner in InDesign I left the course feeling confident and knowledgeable.

Chris & Debbie were both so lovely and welcoming which made the day enjoyable. Debbie taught at a good pace, she is very knowledgeable and gave clear and concise information and instructions. It was very well paced. We were taught basic formulas and functions in Microsoft Excel which has made my work load so much easier, I wish I had taken the course years ago!

Very helpful Excel Course, even for not native English speakers (like me)

We have had a number of courses delivered by F1 - including excel at all different levels and a Microsoft Forms session. Every one was really well received by all those who attended - the sessions are interesting and above all useful. Would thoroughly recommend and intend to use for future courses.

I have worked closely with Chris (who was great) to coordinate training for the company I work for. I attended the first session myself and Debbie was incredible and so engaging. All of my colleagues gained so much from the training. I couldn't recommend F1 enough!

Having done an Introductory Project course with F1 about 8 years ago, I had no hesitation in booking an Intermediate Project course with them for myself and a few colleagues. The course took place at our offices and almost right from the start included very useful tips & tricks which could be applied to our daily work. The content was well paced and directed and finished by giving us confidence to use the software for any number of different client's requirements.
I have no hesitation in recommending F1 and would certainly use them again for other courses if the need arose.

Debbie delivered basic Excel training in a clear, easy to understand way that kept me engaged throughout the day. Her training style was well paced, instructive and hands on and was the most enjoyable training I have received in a long time.

We had Alan do our beginners photoshop course and I found the approach and content to be really useful. I had never used photoshop prior to the course and will only use it for making posters. Nevertheless, the skills I learned on the course will be very helpful for this. Thanks Alan!

The booking process and course administration has always been timely and efficient; and the course delivery by Alan is always detailed and clear, at the right pace for us, flexible to our needs and patient/helpful when support is required!

Great course for complete beginners

Alan was very helpful and I learnt a lot from the training session. He was prompt, engaging and answered all questions. I really enjoyed the outline of the course and the skills that we took away from the day.

As both an organiser and delegate of the Excel training courses, I can't recommend Debbie and Chris enough! Nothing was too much to ask, even when we had a lot of last minute employee cancellations, I was able to simply offer the place to another employee within the business, this kind of flexibility is ideal and made my life much easier!

Excellent training run by very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly patient Debbie.
I had attended few excel trainings before but never enjoyed it that much.
The mixture of demos, exercises, breaks, jokes created wonderful atmosphere that in the end I did not realise the 7 hours has already gone, leaving me with a hunger for more.
Overall - I highly recommend the F1 Computer Services. Excellent work!

The course was very informatic and the pace was perfect for learning and understanding.
I appreciated there were breaks to divide the day's tasks.
Debbie created a calm environment where people could ask questions and ask for things to be repeated.
Great use of Teams' share screen function to give us live examples and to get individual assistance when needed.

Useful and relevant

I found the course very purposeful for my role and I will use most of the tasks learned in my everyday work.
Debbie was a good trainer, very patient and nothing was a stupid question.
The only thing I struggled with a little was keeping up with doing the process and taking notes that I can use in the future. We have now been provided with a crib sheet whcih is useful.

I attended the Excel Intermediate course with Debbie. I found it to be very informative and useful. The pace that Debbie set was just right, with plenty of time to ask questions and to not feel rushed. I enjoyed the course and look forward to the next one.
