I bought my dream gaming PC from Extreme PC and the experience was superb. I had a good idea of ​​the configuration I wanted but Andrew helped me complete it and what the technicians put together for me is simply perfect, both in terms of performance and the visual aspect of the beast.

They did a good job of obtaining certain components that were blocked in the warehouses of certain carriers, because of the strike at Canada Post (December 2024).

Delivery was very fast. Not even 24hres from GTA to Montreal.

I can only recommend purchasing your Gaming or Desktop PC from Extreme PC. Good Job guys!

Computer arrived quickly and safely. Overall a pretty decent experience. The only issues I really had were that whoever built the PC forgot to connect several components and some of the required software was missing. After opening the computer case up and hooking everything up correctly and downloading and configuring the software myself, everything works as intended. This isn’t a huge deal, but it did take some time to figure out and I did pay for everything to be set up already, so it is a bit disappointing.

Building my PC with Extreme PC's was fast and very easy. The support team was great and very helpful. The computer arrived in just a few days and was all ready to go. I'm glad I chose Extreme PC's. I would recommend looking into them. O!.. and the price was the best I found!

It's saying my order was completed but I can't seem to get any update anywhere. I went to the track your package section and it just says the same thing over and over "order placed"

bought a gaming PC first time dealing with this company, absolutely brilliant, fully 24hour tested then shipped to me, they said monday delivery it arrived early on friday,excellent customer service highly reccommend

It took a month to get the PC, which was a little frustrating and I wasn't going to even mention it but everything since has been a disaster. The hard drive wasn't properly secured and throughout the shipment the hard drive sloshed around freely. I'm trying to get the pc returned and refunded but their process is quite suspect. I've spent an hour now trying to start the refund process and there is no way to finish it.
I spoke with their automated DM person there, and all he could say was to watch for an UPS claim email. At first, I debated getting it fixed, but the more I go through this process, the more I want to send it back and get my money back, but even that is proving to be difficult.
Do you remember in the 2000s when internet companies would have a website that you could cancel anytime, but then to find where and how to cancel was hidden (or, in some cases, non-existent)? This is the vibe I'm getting from extreme PC's.
Think twice about it is all I'm saying.

Review of Extreme PCs

I recently purchased a custom-built PC from Extreme PCs, and my experience was quite mixed. While the i have not recieved the PC itself I can't review on that part , but the overall process left much to be desired.

Delivery Time
One of the most significant issues was the delivery time. The PC supposedly will take three weeks to arrive, which was much longer than I anticipated. Unfortunately, the website did not clearly state this extended delivery period, leading to frustration and repeated inquiries about my order status.

Customer Service
Customer service was responsive but often vague. I had to reach out 2 times to get updates on my order, and first time, I received generic responses rather than specific information about when my PC would arrive, 2nd time I was told it could take up to 2-3 weeks

Conclusion
While Extreame PC Company offers high-quality products, they need to improve their communication and transparency regarding delivery times. If you’re in no rush to receive your PC, their products may be worth the wait, i will see when the PC arrives. However, if you need a quick turnaround, you might want to consider other options or inquire explicitly about delivery times before placing your order.

My laptop charger broke and I thought I’d have to wait at least three days before I could charge it again so great was my surprise finding it at my door before lunch at 11am the very next day.
Great price, great service. Will definitely use them again.

Website was easy to navigate, building my PC was a breeze and from start to finish only took 5 business days to be shipped out! A+

Quick turn around after ordering. I ordered the PC on a Friday evening and the PC was built and shipped by Tuesday and will be delivered by Thursday. To me this is a quick turn around.
