It was very easy to pick parts for my custom pc and the price difference was clearly displayed. Both made the experience quick and painless.

I've received the PC a couple weeks ago. It's a solid build. Everything was installed except the GPU which I had to install myself. When I turned it on all the necessary programs were installed.
The only issue was the GPU was slightly bigger so I couldn't fully attach it to the PC case.
Aside from the wait time for a "ready-to-ship" PC, I'm very satisfied with the PC. If you don't mind the wait, I recommend getting your PC here.
If you want an accurate update on the status of your PC, I recommend contacting customer service.

I haven't received the PC yet so for now, I'm giving a neutral review until I receive the PC, then I'll update it.
First of all, customer service are very friendly and will answer the questions you will have which I appreciate.
I'm mostly disappointed in the time frame.
I initially ordered a Ready to Ship PC on April 9th. After 2 weeks, I haven't seen any updates so I contacted them.
They told me, they were waiting on parts to get in before they can build it. Understandable, 50 series just came out a couple months ago.
One week after, they have the parts but still waiting for the PC case to arrive. They told me I was in front of the queue and it'll take about a week to all the parts together and start building it.
It's been two week since I last messaged them.
It took about three weeks to update the status of my order from "Ordered" to "Allocation and Queue."
TLDR: It's almost been a month, and while they have all the parts, they haven't built the PC yet.
Bought a "ready to ship pre-build" but they don't even have all the parts ready! 2-3 days shipping is definitely not happening because they still haven't gotten anywhere close to even building it!! At this point i want a refund, because who is gonna wait 5 weeks for a "pre-build" and "ready to ship" to process?

Easy processing, effortless ability to change out components
I thought ordering and building process was great. Extremepcs is the only place I found that allows AMD graphics cards. Everyone else is Nvidia only.
Website made it easy to configure the PC to your exact specifications. Checkout was quick and easy. Recently placed order awaiting notification of build start. Update upon completion of transaction.
I have been looking for a gaming computer for over 2 years. Theres never been anything that caught my interest quite like extremepcs! I went with the custom build and it couldn’t have been easier to navigate and understand! They have a great customer service crew that will answer any questions you have! Overall great buying experience! Have not got my build yet but I’m super excited to get it!
The online purchase was fast and easy. I also had excellent customer service when I needed questions asked through email. This was a good experience!

Paid for rush and overnight and my pc has just sat there so far for a week this is ridiculous its still in allocation when normal delivery is between 4 days and 12 day don't you think rush should take priority especially for what yall charge for it I'm highly pissed at this point i will be posting this all over social media to get people to turn away from yall this is just stupid

I am now giving them 1 Star. I've reached out multiple times about my order. It stated the PC purchased was ready to ship, yet somehow they needed a part for it. That would make it not ready to ship. I was kind and didn't want to bother them too much but that was a lot of money that went towards this particular PC. Upon finally asking for a cancelation and refund I was met with no response. My order has not shipped and I want the refund and cancelation please. Swiftly. That was hard earned money and paid for goods that was indeed NOT ready to ship in 24-48 hours per listed on their page. But also customer service told me they were waiting on a part but never specified which part. Wasn't until I got on chat AGAIN today and another gentleman informed me which part it was. They seem to not know when they're getting them either. That is too much money to risk. I am highly unsatisfied and demand this order to be canceled and refunded. Upset this was a bust. Thank you in advance.
Giving 4 stars only because of communication. Was super excited to order my first PC. Still waiting on my order to ship though. Placed an order for a pre-built and thought it would ship in 24-48 hours. Days went by and no updates so I reached out to them. Gentleman on the phone was super sweet and understanding. Informed me there was a part delay. Which is totally fine!(: I just wish that would have been informed to me ahead of time lol. They seem like very well rounded people with awesome builds! Can't wait for my pc to arrive! I'll update my review once my PC has been delivered and inspected(:

it's taking longer than they had said but I still haven't received it so I don't really know the quality yet
I got more custom gamming PC for the money compared to any other PC builder I tried. I looked at iBuyPower, Build Redux, and XOTIC PC... Not to mention Customer support has been very responsive and helpful.
I brought in my desktop for a crashed hard drive. It was an old car that was beyond repair. Greg took the time at the store to explain my situation and options. After deliberating for a day, I decided on a new system. I shopped around at the local box stores and online and decided that the 2-yr warranty and local personal customer service was the thing the sold me. He had one built in two days, and I was back in business. Startup was easy and a phone call was always answered and issue solved (mostly operator error). I would recommend Extreme PC's to anyone and give them 5 stars plus. Many thanks for a good job of customer service after the sale.

Just my first switch up of platforms
Customer service did a great job of letting me know what was taking so long. Provided information to upgrade to get customer build moving. Everyone I have talked to has taken the time to find the answers and relay the information to me.
