I have used Extreme Eyewear twice for replacement prescription sunglasses lenses and each time they have been excellent in terms of product and customer service. Very knowledgable and responsive to any questions. Will definitely use again

What a great company! I was spoilt for choice with the variety of options they have available; you really can custom your eyewear to your specs. In all the excitement I messed up a number on my prescription so when my glasses arrived one lens was really out of focus, after checking back it was clear what had happened. I emailed them and they asked me to send them back and put it right for me. Excellent service, excellent products and excellent communication. I’ll definitely be grabbing some more specs from them ...I’ll just be a bit more careful and take my time when typing in my prescription next time.

My prescription changed recently so needed to get new lens for my Ray Bans. I'd looked at a few websites and the prices were through the roof. Found extreme eyewear and the prices where much more reasonable. Took the option to send in my old frames for them to insert the new lens. Communication was excellent and really pleased with the lens. Will definitely shop from again. Thanks again.

Brilliant service. This is the second time I've used Extreme eyewear. My prescription goggles are perfect. Very quick turnround and extremely friendly & helpful staff.

I ordered sunglasses but later got an e-mail that there was not that model available. I was apologized and offered three choices to choose instead. One was of course full refund. I decided to take another quite similar model. All went well after that. The customer service is good and quick. Which is really nice. I would recommend this.

I have purchased one pair of prescription sunglasses and two sets of replacement lenses. The customer service is superb with the delivery times very quick, especially in the current pandemic. The price is also very competitive. I would definitely recommend the company and will most definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

I wanted a prescription pair of ski goggles for low light. I sent a message via the website and got some good advice about options. I bought the Oakley Flight Deck Persimmon but needed a quick turnaround as I didn't have long before my holiday. They confirmed they could turn them round on a quicker timescale and did exactly what they'd said. I was initially hesitant to use this company as I hadn't heard of it before other than via a facebook advert but it appears to be a genuine well run business. I used my goggles in February and last weekend in very low light snowy conditions and they were excellent. Many thanks!

Excellent service from start to finish. Helped out to work to a set date, though I didn't expect this to be met as it was quite short notice. The glasses are perfect and arrived well in time even though they were prescription Rayban polarised sent from Italy. Well done and thanks again. Highly recommend you give them a try

He responds immediately to questions and when I could not adjust to my prescription he advised and arranged a different pair to be sent out without question or delay.

I have never used Extreme Eyewear before, but whilst deciding whether to buy my Ray Bans direct from Ray Ban, i came across this company.

I need a prescription and Extreme were £70 cheaper than direct.

Speaking to Simon through the live chat put me at ease that this was a good company to deal with.

I wont bore you with all the details, but suffice to say, the glasses turned up exactly on time and they look great with the prescription all good.
Simon has warned me that the glasses may take a week or two for my eyes to adjust as Ray Ban use some special glass or something, but if any issues to go back to him straight away.

! thing i would change if i were them would be to send on a delivery that requires a signature. It is tracked and insured, however, a signature often solves any possible delivery issues that may occur.

Really impressed -ordered some varifocal ray ban sunglasses for DH; great service (they kept me informed, double checked details to ensure accuracy & provided personable updates), fast turnaround (sunglasses with me in less than two weeks) & the glasses were perfect -so much so that he thinks they could be better than his original glasses & is strongly suggesting i should get some too... think I could be going back.... :D

I ordered a pair of Oakley glasses and all was fine except there was no talk or choice on lens specification as I'd wanted the thinnest possible.

Once the lens had been prepared I was informed that the colour of frames I'd wanted weren't available so had to choose a different one.

The whole process from ordering to delivery took around 20 days which was expected. It was well packaged.

Because there hadn't been talk of lens specification what I received was too thick, I'd wanted 1.74 thickness lenses, or 1.6.

I got a refund and it was an easy process.

Overall a good service even though I didn't manage to get a pair of glasses. Would feel confident in them if I were to order again, but when ordering strong prescriptions many of the glasses aren't available so I went elsewhere.

This company is built on rock solid customer service at a competitive price point.

I love oakley sunglasses and have three pairs with clear prescription lenses. One pair is not from extreme Eyewear and what a mistake that was. It came with the screw that holds the lens in cross threaded and it was unusable after a few months.

My two ordered with extreme Eyewear took a while for me to place my order because I had so many of questions. But Simon was extremely patient ( pardon the pun).

Several years ago. I ordered a pair of split jackets which have served me well. Then I decided a few weeks ago to treat myself to a pair of flak jackets 2.0 xl. I really debated whether I should go with the transition lenses and had to discuss it with Simon a few times.

They arrived promptly within the 2 week window. Due to the complexity of the order there was an error which was easily made. The second I pointed it out a return box was posted and the frames exchanged.

I didn't actually read the trust pilot review prior to ordering my second pair. Because my first experience was so good.

As the Sunday times management consultant of the year a few years ago (2014) I know the value of good client service. It makes or breaks a relationship and creates or destroys a business. Simon and his team do a rock solid job on service. Many businesses could learn some lessons from their approach.

I'm really pleased to see the new improved website with a very responsive chat window that makes it easy to order.

Absolutely impeccable service from Simon at Extreme Eyewear. I have bought two pairs of Oakley Flak 2.0 (lost the first pair in a boating accident) and on each occasion service has been right out of the top drawer. Simon supplied me with lost receipts and even helped with a VAT refund as I am now living overseas.

I just would not go anywhere else - prices are excellent too.
