Was recommended by a friend and I am so grateful for it. The whole class has been incredible. Met some amazing friends by attending. Would 1000% recommend.

One of the best investments one can make preparing for a New Arrival.. my midwife had recommended Freya’s Antenatal Classes and I ended up booking the Antenatal classes as well as hypno birthing sessions. For the amount you pay the knowledge and information provided is so much more valuable. Also a brilliant opportunity to meet other parents to be and you get to share your experiences, worries and Freya is so amazing with advising even once the sessions are completed. So so pleased with my decision on joining these classes. Highly highly recommended.

Very helpful and knowledgeable Midwife gives important information constructively so it's easy to remember everything. Freya welcoming and helpful, would recommend.

Really enjoyed Expecting Classes. Both my husband and I learned so much and felt prepared for what was to come, particularly the birth. It was also a great way to meet other expectant moms to share the experience with. I would definitely recommend these classes, as my sister in law did to me after attending ten years ago.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the Expecting Antenatal Classes and was a great experience meeting other expecting parents to be. Freya was very informative, funny and has been a great support when myself or any other of the ladies in my group had any concerns or worries for their babies after birth and was very quick to respond and help out. It certainly made the experience feel more personalised and was worth every penny investing in this course. Plus the sweet treats/refreshments were a lovely bonus! 😃

We attended Expecting classes with Freya in January 2022 and after completing the course felt so much more at ease about the birth of our daughter. The format of the class worked really well and from a partners perspective, there was plenty for me to get involved in too. There was a great range of activities and the course covered a great range of topics. Thanks again Freya!

We attended the Expecting Classes in January 2022. The classes were very informative and engaging. Freya gave pragmatic advice and was non judgmental in respect of what can sometimes be contentious topics (for example she advocates that ‘fed is best’ rather than ‘breast is best’).

The class sizes are small so we had plenty of opportunities to get to know the other couples in our class. We were also able to ask Freya lots of questions during the course, which was really useful as she’s a qualified midwife with many years of experience.

We also appreciated being able to ask Freya questions via WhatsApp after the completion of the course. The advice Freya gave us during my early labour and in the initial weeks post birth was invaluable.

Freya is an extremely competent and passionate midwife and my husband and I would highly recommend her classes to all expecting parents.

I’ll be honest here. I was advised by peers to enrol with NCT, but for many reasons I had this strong gut instinct which made me opt for Freya’s antenatal classes instead.
And THAT was the best decision I’ve made!

Despite being a doctor couple, as first time parents, we were humbly unaware of anything to do with parenting/ labour/ child birth/ feeding. We were nervous about crash landing into childbirth and parenthood with no preparedness.

But Freya’s classes have been the saviour. At the end of her classes, we not only felt educated, but also ready and confident for the new change!
Her course material takes you through all that you need to know as responsible parents. Additionally, she manages to respond to all your queries with the promptness and sincerity that makes of feel guilty about paying such a small fees for the entire course.

Finally, her hypnobirthing content was a magic tool for daily practice. The perfect testimony to all her guidance and hypnobirthing sessions was the fact that despite being a primi, I glided through labour within <10 hrs in total, and the impact of utilising the techniques during labour was so beneficial that I needed as little as simply paracetamol for the entire process!

I have continued using the hypnobirthing resources for relaxation even post partum ! Can’t recommend this enough!

Brilliant. I can't praise Freya or the course highly enough.

As first time parents we enrolled onto the antenatal classes which were excellent. Freya explains everything clearly and calmly in a very accessible & digestible way.

The course offered a good level of detail and at no point did it feel condescending or as if there were bits missing. Really really useful and definitely helped us.

In addition, Freya has been on hand to answer all of our questions, concerns and worries. She always replies quickly and makes sure to offer full, honest and professional answers / advice. If every company or service provider could be even half as responsive as Freya, they'd be doing well.

Overall, the course and Freya have helped us enormously. Fabulous value for money and worth every single penny.

If you're wondering whether to book, my advice is yes, you should - you will not regret it. When you have a burning question that you just want reassuring on, you'll be glad to have Freya on your side that's for sure.

There are no negatives to mention whatsoever and we are very glad we found Freya!

I attended an all day antenatal class with my partner. Freya was friendly and the class was informative. We left feeling more confident in preparation for birth and after. I look forward to reviewing videos closer to my birth date and seeing the group at the reunion.

My husband and I took part in the online antenatal course and attended the virtual hypnobirthing course as well.

We found both to be invaluable; the antenatal videos taught us so much and were really easy to follow and understand. We then had a video call with Freya to answer any questions.
The hypnobirthing course was really insightful and the breathing techniques came in very useful during labour and will no doubt help out in other situations in the future.

Since registering for the courses Freya has been in contact with us, offering support and guidance throughout, helping us prepare for the birth of our baby and also following his birth.

Freya offers so much more than we expected, we were given so much practical, valuable advice from a friendly, helpful and approachable midwife who is super knowledgeable, we would absolutely recommend her and all of the services she offers.

These classes are excellent! So much information covered in a fun and practical way. As first time parents, we needed as much support and advice as we could get and these classes definitely didn’t fail. Freya is extremely welcoming and goes above and beyond to answer every question we had (both in class and on the WhatsApp group). Thank you! Highly recommend to anyone!

Absolutely loved the antenatal classes with Freya. I attended the classes with my boyfriend we learnt a lot of useful information that we wouldn't of known if we didn't. Nothing seemed to be left uncovered and there were plenty of opportunities to ask any questions. We are first time parents and it helped us massively. Would definitely recommend.

Freya is super informative and welcoming to all in her class. Shes always been there to ask any queries both during classes and outside of them. I highly recommend expecting antenatal!

Freya runs a fantastic course which me and my husband found incredibly informative, helpful and put our minds at ease being first time parents! Freya not only provided 4 useful videos, but plenty of print outs with more information. We also attended the hypnobirthing class which I 100% recommend if you want to feel more relaxed and prepared for your labour day!

Freya also provided a 1-1 Zoom call where she spoke to us at length with plenty of more tips and advice, which we were super greatful for. Would definitely recommend her courses! Thank you.

My husband and I attended a full day session at Stafford with Freya and were really impressed!

We’d been debating whether we needed to go to an antenatal class but decided pretty late on we should just go, and as such struggled to find a class we could complete before 38 weeks. When we found Freya we were delighted to see she offered a single day option and booked immediately.

Freya explained things really well and was keen to get us to engage and ask any questions we had.

We both came out feeling far more prepared than we did going in and we’d highly recommend both the Expecting classes and doing it in a day session!

We attended the full day intense class at Stafford with Freya and were very very impressed.

I walked in feeling nervous and really not knowing a thing but left feeling much more confident and prepared.

Freya is very open minded and talked about all different options for everything without any forced opinions which I thought was fantastic. We also left with access to all the content covered in the class which I will be looking at again closer to birth.

Freya also sets up a group chat for all the mums and is always open to any questions etc which is so helpful particularly when it's your first!

I can't recommend these classes enough. My husband and I were extremely impressed. So, if your looking for a class I would definitely go with Expecting!

Freya's classes were absolutely brilliant: they were informative, concise, reassuring and really helpful. I found Freya's classes enabled me to prepare for my birthing experience in a relaxed environment and with someone who is experienced and knowledgeable - not just pages of notes from Google filled with jargon. Freya takes her time to explain everything you need to know (often using visuals to help) and addresses common misconceptions so that you can make the best and most informed choices - both pre and post birth. I also loved that Freya was available to speak to as well; this was a wonderful added extra and meant that any questions I had after the classes were answered. I cannot thank Freya enough for her advice and guidance - especially the advice on getting through labour. Whilst I was in labour, many of Freya's techniques were mentioned by my midwife (another amazing woman in the field) and so I felt empowered that these methods were going to get me and my little family through the birthing experience. Thank you, Freya. Keep doing what you're doing because it made a difference for me and it will continue to do so for many more expectant mothers. ❤️ X
