If I could give 0 stars, I would, a truly awful company from start to finish.

Crikey, even the 5-star reviews here look suspect!

(Joe, Paolo, Mircea, Alessandro) - None of them seem to listen.

Joe (salesman) told me the negative reviews here were due to people not working in partnership, not turning up to their weekly meeting, not replying on time to messages. I did all of the above and it was stll a shambles.

Having been caught by the hook of a week's free trial I was then told this wasn't the best and I would have to pay £1000 but with the promise of a refund if we didn't get 10 leads in the first month.

The outbound message was truly awful, badly written, poor grammatically, and the only thing they were offering were free candidates to fill the vacancy they were targeting.

Despite this only 4 replies in the first month if you include those based in Africa and no actually being a genuine reply.

What they also hadn't told me is that we had to pay $250 to the external mailing company that they bought the dodgy sounding domains from. As the set up took 3 weeks within a week of live campaigns, I had to pay another $250 to this third party.

7 weeks in and only really 1 lead that we got lucky with as managed to reply to them before the badly worded reply had been sent. (it resulted in no business they were just interested where we could get 3 fully vetted CVs for a role that probably only 2 people in the country qualified for) I pulled the plug.

I brought up a refund and was told I wouldn't have to pay anything further.

An absolute con from start to finish - I feel very stupid.

The fact that all their people seem to work for third parties should have told me everything I know.

Everything about this Agency is fake. They do a good job at marketing themselves but know they will not deliver the results. They overpromise things they clearly will not achieve. 0 meeting booked when they told us they had tested the same offer elsewhere. Their linkedin profile is fake with fake profiles generated to make it look like their company is big. They fall short on dead lines. They'll tell you this will be ready in "48 hours" but you have to run after them for the deliverables and still take weeks to reply. Stay away

We got interested leads from week one and the has really helped grow our portfolio. We've also learned a lot from their recommendations and finally build an scalable cold email infrastructure with their support.

Their team is also always there to help with doubts, bugs and adjustments, and they're very honest doing business. I really recommend them.

Loved working with the Expansio team! From the start they explained the workflow in detail so there was no confusion later and they made sure we have support throughout the process.

We started receiving emails the next day after the launch and within the first week we booked 2 calls.
Of course, there is no magic and you have to work too: respond fast to incoming leads (I recommend doing it yourself because there is no one who knows what your company does better than you), nurture each lead, provide valuable lead magnet etc.

It's a highly professional team that knows how to do their job, and you have to keep up.

At some point we got overwhelmed by the amount of calls and leads brought by Expansio :) Wish all businesses the same "problem"!

We paid £1,300 for an outbound client acquisition system. The contract written by the CEO (Alessandro Tentoni of Rexo Digital Solutions) includes a clear performance guarantee, of a full refund if you don't see sufficient value within a minimum of 30 days, and no automatic renewal.

The KPI that I agreed with their; Joe Ellis was booked calls. After one month, zero calls were booked.

When we raised this, Alessandro (the CEO) confirmed via Slack he would process the refund. Weeks later, nothing arrived. When we chased them, they reversed their position entirely, claiming the refund window had expired and that we owed a further monthly retainer, despite the signed terms above.

The campaign itself was poorly managed. Follow-up replies to interested leads were generic templates that ignored what the prospect had actually written.

We are pursuing the refund, would certainly not recommend.

Promises that never turned out and missed meetings. A marketing agency that's better at marketing themselves than actually doing it.

Stay away.
