Never recieved part of my order, but was still charged for the things i didnt get, glad this stuff is cheap atleast so its not a huge loss...... (edit) they reached out about me missing the parts and said they shipped them again so we will see if they come.

Ship item quickly, packed well, plan arrived in good shape ready to fly.
This a great park flyer, geared motor allows longer flight times.
Really good first time flyer with safe mode.

Seems you have an automated reply to my spare parts inquiry for model 76802. Additional inquiry not responded to. Have a real person check inquiries and reply accordingly.

I ordered a "30X Portable Magnifying Glass Illuminated Magnifier". It only seems to magnify to somewhere between 3X and 4X. The box is labeled Supulse 30X. Other that that, it works fine.

Ordered and initially got an email telling me my order was cancelled by sender....asked customer support
and got a "smarmy" order was shipped what is the problem....unsure if Exhobby is my go to going forward.

I ordered a Volantex Ranger PNP 1600 from Great Hobbies and had a few issues and concerns with the plane.

I created a ticket (#8027 & #8106) with EXHOBBY and the only thing I received was an email with invitation to EXHOBBY's self help portal. In the portal I see nothing and is completely empty. Its been at least a month and I have not received and support or answers.

I found the manual with the plane was lacking a lot of detail or errors. There were no specs listed for including the BEC output from the ESC. The clevis keepers broke when I installed them. The control horns had push on locks while the manual describes screw on type. The manual does not mention how to mount the prop to the motor shaft or how to tighten it. The control surface hinges were very stiff to move. One wing arrived with some small dents in it. I found there is no info in the manual on wiring and the wires, though labelled, do not match the setup for the most standard Mode 2 setup so I have to figure out what each wire was for.

I also contacted the seller and they somewhat answered some questions but said they passed my concerns to EXHOBBY.

Its been a month since I received my aircraft and have yet to fly it as I haven't received any answers or replacement clevis keepers and won't fly until the aircraft is secure to fly.

After all the good I read online about the Volantex Ranger 1600, I am left completely disappointed and unimpressed with the aircraft, the seller and manufacture.

So far experiencing terrible customer service, after waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery my RC aircraft has been broken in transit. The responses to my emails have been very slow and being offered partial refund for a product that is broken. Be warned to anyone as these items are shipped from China and are not suitably packaged to withstand long distance shipping clearly.

Exhobby customer services please can you refund me or replace the item...

Very disappointing experience

I ordered a ASCENT 1400MM 4 Channel RC Airplane + batteries, spare propellers, etc.
The airplane's fuselage had many scratches and some damage + left wing as well. I did not receive all the spare propellers I ordered.
After some back and forth on e-mails, the customer service (Evelyn) and I reached a good solution (they sent me the defective parts and missing parts) and all ended well. So I definitely recommend EXHOBBY as they honor what they sell.

Both of the cars and boats I got worked great. Once. The next day we went to use them and not one engine would work. I tried changing and charging the batteries but still nothing would work. Customer service was worthless and would not help. I do not recommend buying from them

Not the best experience - out of stock in UK, shipping from China went missing - but customer service sorted issues promptly and effectively. A 2-week estimate at the start was 3 weeks in reality - not so bad at all. Item very well packed in sturdy outer box so arrived in perfect condition.

I wish replacement parts from a Florida based company, didn't have to be shipped from china.

I ordered my grandson the F16 Falcon Fighter Plan with lights. The propeller broke and ordered the parts that were recommended at the time I made the purchase and all parts propellers, landing gear and batteries were incorrect. So then ordered what I thought would be right for propellers and again they were incorrect. It would be nice if the parts that were recommended were attached to the correct airplane. Needs improvement on spare part recommendations.
