We purchased two lamps and advised…
We purchased two lamps and advised which bulbs to go with them.
When we unpacked them we found that the bulbs didn’t fit. We went back to store and explained what had happened and the gentleman swapped them for the correct bulbs with no problem.
We found the staff friendly and very helpful.

Really lovely customer support team
Really lovely customer support team, kept me consistently informed on my purchase. Once delivery estimate was shared, it was delivered on time and the quality of the products are fantastic. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars was a considerable wait time for stock to be replenished, but otherwise, great!
