Love the Adron external wall light design, surface texture & colour as well as the sale price so bought 2 but when home on trying to open just one glass screw cover to test fit the light bulb I found it incredibly difficult to unscrew without a rubber band for grip and completely impossible to screw back on due to a defective thread. Not suitable for an OAP to manage when the light is on the wall at height ! Lights were returned when staff found a 2nd glass could easily be removed however there were none left to replace the defective fitting.

We went to pick the products up and the assistant directed us to the back door where we could bring the car to load up.She was waiting for us and helped load he car.

The finished goods were perfect but I was not made aware either in store or on the telephone that the whole chandelier was posted completely disassembled very similar to an IKEA FLAT PACK. It took me one and a half hour to assemble.

The lady who served us in Exclusive Lighting, Christopher Pratts, Leeds was extremely helpful. Mum has a severe visual impairment, and your employee spent time with us talking through the various options with regard to ceiling lights and installing different light bulbs so Mum could work out which lighting suited her best. We never felt hurried or pressured into making a decision and she even carried the lights out to my car when I called at the store to collect. In my experience good customer service is hard to come by, so I hope you will pass on our heartfelt thanks for such an understanding and patient employee. Best wishes Carol and Catherine

I wanted some specific outside lights, the sales lady showed me their collection which did not have what I was looking for. I explained this to the lady who said that she had received lights similar to what I was looking for but had not put them out. She said that she would go and get them to show me, the lights were just what I was looking for.
