Quality of the purchase
I ordered downlighters for my kitchen island but they were not in stock at the time.
However, the lady checked the dates of further delivery, and informed us. I was given a call when they arrived. The lights look amazing & added an elegance to the kitchen.

I had damaged part of glass fitting…
I had damaged part of glass fitting when removing the cover to check if the led had become faulty ,as it had an intermittent flicker .
I rang exclusive lighting to order a replacement led and at the same time two pieces of circular glass, and Suzanne who dealt with me told me that it had a 3 year warranty to cover the replacement led driver. The replacement parts were delivered quickly and very well packed to prevent any damages in transit .I can only say I had perfect service given to me, which in these difficult trading times is a real bonus . 5star service in fact !

Customer assembly
The goods arrived in 2 cardboard boxes, and it was only on opening the first one that I realised that I had to assemble the lights myself. One look at the complicated instructions made me feel frustrated and annoyed. I spent close to £1,000 for 3 lighting fixtures that I am now supposed to assemble myself.
This requirement was not mentioned in-store and, frankly, at 82 years old, I cannot face doing this.
I won't shop at Exclusive Lighting again.

Hi Mr Nicholson, I am sorry that you have not contacted us before leaving us a 1 star review!
The lights's you purchased from us in our showroom are extremely delicate and would not withstand being delivered on a courier if the crystal branches were attached to the frame. We would also want to avoid damage when installing them as they can be heavy for electricians when fully dressed.
If you wish to return them to us in store, we would gladly put the crystals on for you while you waited and had a drink in our cafe area. Please call us on 0113 245 9199 if you want to arrange a time to bring them in. Please be aware that they would have to be transported home very carefully if you wanted us to do this.
