Excellent Service
This is the first time I have used this Company and I'm really pleased with their service. There was a problem with the delivery but I was very impressed by the prompt response as Nilesh Vagadia the Manager sorted it out really quickly. The products were exactly what I wanted and I would not hesitate to use this Company again.

Firstly, we'd like to apologise for the package not being delivered. Unfortunately, we were not able to see any emails from you about this undelivered package.
We have investigated into this for you and from the tracking by Hermes it seems that the delivery was attempted multiple times, however a resident wasn't in or there was no safe place to leave it.
Would you mind reaching out to us with more details about the situation and to provide us delivery instructions for the courier to access the property.
