Ordered a branded top which was well priced and delivered within 2 days. All good!

Nothing positive to say about this company. Avoid.

Missing items. Terrible customer service. Made me jump through hoops over email claiming they had sent all the items to me and that it was down to Royal Mail. After emailing back and forth I had enough. Called them and they eventually after trying to pin the blame elsewhere gave me a refund. Hasnt hit the bank yet giving it a few days if it doesnt hit my account will be raising a dispite. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I was a little worried when I read the reviews, but the whole process was totally fine. A working Royal Mail tracking number was provided. Timely delivery.

Just bought some new balance from these guys honestly after reading all the reviews i got a bit paranoid but i just rid through and hoped for the best and today my trainers arrived and I absolutely loved them extra wide fit they look amazing and I have issues with flat feet and these are the most comfiest shoes I’ve worn I’ve took pictures but trust pilot doesn’t allow me to upload but guys just wanted to share with you please ignore all the negative reviews they are genuine company and I’m happy I trusted my instinct as it really did pay off I ended paying £20 less for these shoes compared with everyone else and they arrived in three days with the normal shipping.

Ordered a football kit for my nephew paid for it then 3 days later they tell me by email not in stock..!!
No mention from these thieves of when my refund will be back to my account..

So I ordered a pair of trainers and also paid the 7.99 for next day delivery. The following day I've no trainers. The day after I track again and apparently they where delivered the day before. Signed for by some one called Maquire and not on my doorstep. I contacted them and now I have still not been refunded or compensated. Looking at the reviews on here I should of not ordered them from here. They seem to be scamming people now. I understand that stuff goes missing or mis delivered but that's a service problem not a customer problem. If I didn't live so far away I would go in and demand a replacement or a refund personally. I have told them they have until the end of the day to resolve this

they have now been told by Royal Mail that they have been delivered to the wrong address and now I have to wait for royal mail to go find them and deliver them to me. WTAF is that about ??? I have requested a refund and they can have the wait for them. Let's see what happens now.... this is 3 times I've asked for a refund or a replacement.

JUST SPOKE TO THEM AND TOLD THEM I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM AND I HAVE TO SEND THEM BACK AT MY COST WHEN AND IF I RECIEVE THEM.

LOST MY HEAD WITH THEM NOW WHAT A ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE THEY ARE TO DEAL WITH.....

Ordered clothing from this company worth £300 on the 7th December had an email back the 13th December to say they’d refunded me 3 phone calls later to a lady that keeps telling me it’s been refunded and still no money back in my bank!! Claim/dispute raised with bank absolutely disgusting it’s Christmas week and it’s a lot of money.

Received my Hoka Kaha2 boots today after placing the order yesterday!

Helmet is 50% off current 2024 price but did not expect to be purchasing a helmet with a date code of Nov 2018 (Rec'd helmet 7/12/2024). Called to ask them about this, they acted surprised, expressed understanding of wanting to return but offered no shipping coverage. Mostly disappointed in the lack of disclosure. Buying a 5-1/2 year old helmet is not like buying some old socks that have been sitting on a shelf. IMO - These helmets should be destroyed.

I bought a pair of shoes which I had a problem with after wearing on two occasions. Despite having worn the shoes Excel sports resolved the issue very fairly. They gave me a couple of options to choose between and more information about the shoes. I will definitely go back to them when I need my next pair of trainers.

I bought some trainers, delivery was very quick. I returned the first pair as they were slightly too small and I was refunded very quickly.

Useless... ordered for " 18th Birthday" paid £7:99 for delivery to make sure they were here on time? Only to be told they "could not find them?" still took the money thou! Refund requested!!!

I purchased shoes from this company through fruugo on 11 May 2020. I am yet to receive the goods. I have now requested a refund and two weeks later I do not ge the courtesy of a response. Do not trust this company.

Quick, next day delivery on a pair of football boots. Will certainly purchase from this company again
