I strongly believe this is another scam company Excel Book Writing and Excel Digital Group made up. Website appears to have defunct links. Other authors claim their money was basically stolen and they did not receive the promised goods or services.
This is a complete scam. The company failed to live up to their promises, used AI to generate edits that were not acceptable, continued to ask for additional money for promotion, failed to deliver on promotions that I paid for, and lied in their marketing materials. Stay away from this company. They promise "satisfaction guaranteed" but don't live up to this promise. I had to hire an artist to do the book cover because this company downloaded free artwork from the Internet and claimed it to be their own original artwork.
Excel Book Publisher is an exceptional organization that goes above and beyond to help you achieve your book's objectives. They provide unwavering support and oversee all aspects of the publication of your book. I would strongly encourage you to publish with Excel Book Publisher in order to experience their exceptional professionalism and attention to detail.
