Are you sure you have contacted the right business? We are ResumeAI.com, please double check your records. We occasionally get mistaken for Resume.AI (https://www.resume.ai) and Resumaker.AI (https://www.resumaker.ai) which are different businesses.

I'm unable to locate your ResumeAI.com account or associated PayPal subscription plan. After you sign up PayPal send a confirmation email that includes a Subscription/Profile ID. Can you let us know this together with the email and full name of the PayPal account?

Can you also please confirm the full name and email shown on your resume.

If you can provide these then we can issue a full refund as we operate a no quibble refund policy.
