I really can't believe this bloke - He arrived at mine at 9am by 9.10 he had started work and didn't stop until 5.40pm - He must have the bladder of camel too. New large hatch - ladder - boarding and cleaned up after himself. So glad that I chose Phil to do the work.

Phil was fast to reply to all emails. Kept in contact regularly. The price was very competitive and he even reduced the price at the end due to not using as much materials as antisipated. He didn't have to do that! The work was completed faster than expected and to a high standard. He is a genuine nice guy and I cannot recommend him enough

Phil came to our home and gave us a wonderful quote & plan to make our large loft space useable. He certainly is a man of his word! Trustworthy, genuine & hardworking. We are so pleased with our large hatch & sturdy steps, insulation with great quality materials and boarding out 20 square metres. Our loft is now easily accessible, our home is warmer too. It was a pleasure to have him in our home and the results are just brilliant. We now have great storage space and plenty of opportunity to take this further & make the very best of this room. Phil has become a "friend" more than technician. I saw dedication and reliability since our first encounter with him. We were looking to do some work in our loft and we got it done within the time and specifications planned. After almost a year from then it is one of the best jobs we did for our house. Phil did a really great job for us. I couldn't be happier. He made our loft hatch larger with proper fold up ladder and boarded loft out. The amount of extra storage space is amazing and it has freed up our spare bedrooms. Great value too. Would recommend to anyone (and have been recommending to everyone!). Phil was prompt and quick to turn our loft space into an area we can use for storage. He kept everything tidy and I did not know he had been until I opened the roof hatch to see the finished product. Phil drove 5 hours to get to us, after a cup of tea he set to & didn't stop. He gave advice & asked our opinion on how what where as he went. His friendly professionalism were a credit to him & his company. On Day 3 the allotted time to finish he smiled, showed us how to use the equipment he had fitted, Watched us use it to be sure we were comfortable with it. I would trust this man with my wallet. I wish he could live next door so we could use him more often.

Nowadays, alot of work men are fly by night bodge artists, but I found his manor refreshingly honest.
