Excellent service from Phil. Two days to board my garage and loft + new ladders and loft hatch and after the first day all was cleaned up. End of day two, cleaned up all areas and showed me all the work done. Would 110% recommend using Phil

Since having a combi-boiler (with the tank removed from my loft), it gave me the chance to finally review the insulation and fully board out my loft for additional storage space.
After having received a ridiculously high quote from a joinery company, I decided to look for specific loft conversion specialists on the Internet. The guy I contacted referred work he received in Leicestershire to Phil Burke of Excel Attic Solutions. Having read the previously written TrustPilot reviews on the company, I telephoned Phil. He phoned me back very quickly and we agreed a date to view the job. He came as agreed and we discussed the options of insulation. Amazingly, he provided his quote via email that same evening. His communication and customer service skills are excellent, responding via email, text or phone very promptly ( something many tradesmen in the construction industry fail to do) and we then agreed a commencement date.
Phil arrived at the time he stated on both days, along with his young assistant, and they just got on with the job, sheeting up and worked continually during the day. They took care to ensure the work and surrounding areas were clean, neat and tidy.
He said it would be 2 days and it was. His work ethic is superb, has a cheerful pleasant personality and is thoroughly reliable.
Overall he is a real credit to the construction industry and he totally deserves this 5* rating.

Good person to deal with. Happy with the new boarded loft. The only downside was that one of the boards was placed on top of electric wires which lost power to part of the house. I was able to lift the board and amend it to accommodate the wire which fairly simple.

It only took Phil a couple of hours to fit a new hatch and loft ladder. So now we can access our loft without any problems, no more struggling to get up there.
