This is my second car I’ve purchased from evolve and I can honestly say if I could I would give them 10 stars, Nick was absolutely amazing from when I enquired about the car right through till the day of collection. Nick knew how much I wanted the car and he went above and beyond to make sure I got it, he gave me a great/ fair price for my car, and made sure everything ran smoothly. When arrived to collect my new car the team made sure the car was cleaned to perfection. Nick made sure me and my family left with the biggest smile on our faces. I would definitely recommend buying your next car from these guys, we’ve never had any problems with our last car and we will definitely be back one day if we decided a change of car ☺️

Good experience with some minor issues. Matthew was extremely helpful with sorting my new car out, even replying to me late at night to help get the deal sorted. Very professional and friendly as well as the other team members.

First complaint is the terrible swirl marks I’ve noticed since getting home on the bonnet in particular, where it’s been briefly machine polished but not correctly it’s left a load of swirls in the paintwork which unfortunately don’t seem to be coming out very easily, so looks as though I will need to spend £300-400 on a professional detailer to machine polish it properly to remove the swirl marks. A real shame as the red is a lovely colour. I appreciate cars need a valet but I would have preferred just a standard wash if not done correctly. I did inform them of this issue but no resolution was offered…

Next issue I encountered was getting my previous finance settlement processed as agreed under the contract to my new car as I was PX my old car. I was originally told the settlement would be paid the same day and was led to believe it had been paid, but several days later it transpired due to ‘admin errors’ they hadn’t even processed the settlement finance meaning my previous finance company were still charging me and chasing me up for payment proof from the dealer etc. Once I submitted a complaint that I’d return the car and report through the appropriate authorities, the settlement was then processed immediately and proof of payment was sent to me. The finance was successfully cleared.

Overall Matthew was brilliant, and Shane another employee is currently discussing a solution with myself in regard to sorting the car bonnet paintwork issues out.

From start to finish, buying my Mercedes from Evolve was a great experience. When I arrived the vehicle looked and drove exactly as advertised. I was in touch with Nick who greeted me promptly, listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find the right fit without any high-pressure sales tactics. Nick walked me through the vehicle history, financing options, and warranty choices clearly and honestly. Paperwork was completed quickly and professionally, and was very easy to get hold of. Overall I felt the purchase was transparent, fair, and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Evolve to friends and family.

Really smooth sales process from paying the initial deposit to delivery of the vehicle. Minor pre-sales and after sales queries resolved quickly - the team couldn't do enough to help.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I expressed serious interest in a vehicle and was told it was available. The Sales Adviser Harry whatsapped me with all the details of the PX deal he was going to agree. I agreed all the terms with him on the vehicle (11.15am this morning) and wanted to pay the £500 reservation fee which I knew was non refundable - but the car was just what I wanted and I was going to travel and collect it the following week. At the point when I was going to reserve, this is when I was absolutely shocked and disgustingly treated. Harry had made me aware that a customer was coming in at 11.30am for a second look but had NOT reserved the car and he was keen for ME to reserve it. When I rang him to give him my card details at 11.15am he told me the card machines were not working and that the whole system needed a reboot and he would call me back. 30
Minutes later he had not and I whatsapped him to say that I hoped he was not stringing me a line and selling it to someone else as I had agreed to reserve it first. He said that was not the case and he would call me when his card machine had rebooted ( which was at 36% done). Heard nothing and then he rang me about 20 minutes later to tell me he had sold the car from under me to the couple who had come in AFTER I had agreed to buy it. Sales Manager Shane rang me and tripped himself up many times on his facts and was blaming Harry for not telling me at 09.30am in the morning that I would have to wait to see if these other people wanted it- which I am doubtful of. At the same time he also told me it was “First come first serve “ basis - so surely the first to put down a reservation fee is the first served. I was ready to do that before, according to Harry, these people had even returned to the showroom . Disgusting behaviour and even worse the Sales Manger told me he would ring me back this afternoon and surprise surprise he has not. Your Director needs to come out of his Ivory tower and deal with this and make the wrongs right

Nick sold us our new discovery. He was fab throughout the whole experience. Communication was amazing, and from start to finish he made the whole process so smooth! Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Evolve.
