Amazing customer service

Heather was amazing from beginning to end, she explained everything clearly and concisely and was so kind and empathetic when discussing my needs and how evlo could help. Jane also was lovely- the whole experience as a whole was great and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I am writing to raise a concern about…

I am writing to raise a concern about the way my recent loan enquiry was handled. I was told a small loan could be provided, my personal details were taken, and then the application was refused without clear explanation. The staff were also unfriendly throughout the process.

I would like clarification on why my application was declined and confirmation that my personal data will not be used further.

Take an evlo loan at your own Peril

I borrowed £7500 from Evlo. But over the 5 year term I was expected to repay an eye watering £25000 principle, interest and a fee.

I struggled to pay the monthly installment of £436 and now I'm bankrupt.

I would urge anyone who is considering an evlo loan to look very carefully at the total amount they will repay.
