The entire process was smooth and fast taking less than 72 hours in total, depending on how fast you are able to provide your credentials.

The kind lady’s Lorena and Joan both assisted me in obtaining my loan and explained everything to me so that I understood it clearly leaving me with no questions to be asked.

This allowed me to feel more confident in the decision I was making as they also assured me that I would be able to contact them both promptly if my circumstances have ever changed so that they could provide me with the most best and necessary assistance that is required for me. Thank You :)

Where do I begin .My husband was accepted for 1500 loan extortions rates ,he signed the agreement and 3 hours later they sent £1000 which was not what was agreed .We contacted fobbed off totally Kirsty and her supervisor explained everything. We were waiting for the cash as promised as they had accepted the loan sent another set of paperwork then she called she say no to use yet 20 mins earlier it was accepted

This company is not trustworthy at all try to shaft you not sending the money to you

Totally messed up what we needed and they think it’s funny .

For me it was very fantastic because staff very helpful and polite the way they talk to you so I love to give a 5 or 10 star to this company im so very satisfaction and very wonderful staff

Emma was great she helped us out and took us through everything just like to thank her and her team

Luke was great, very friendly, professional and understood my financial needs. Also a big thank you to the manager for supporting. I would highly recommend.

Helpful, amazing and well explained company

Everything was explained well about borrowing and asking if you could afford afford that amount. I was impressed that I will now only have to pay out on one bill per month. Joe was a great guy and really helped me. Also Rebecca too.

Brilliant service

Application was ok had to goto there office in Liverpool to sign my agreement
Was told money be in my account by no later than 8.30pm same day
Money wasn't there
Money was being used to fix my clutch on my car promised mechanic payment next day
Couldn't pay him
Had no car all weekend
So not happy with there service
Won't use them again or recommend them to anybody else

Very intrusive application process
I went through the application process with Elvo and signed the contract, thinking everything was progressing normally. However, I was then asked very detailed and personal questions about my finances and how I had been spending my money.
I understand that companies may need to carry out affordability and financial checks, but I found the level of questioning extremely intrusive and uncomfortable. I was left feeling like I had to justify my personal spending in a level of detail that I was not expecting.
I appreciate that Elvo may want to make sure customers do not get into further debt, but the way this was handled made me feel uncomfortable and judged.
Overall, the experience has left me very disappointed. Financial checks are understandable, but there should also be a reasonable balance between responsible lending and respecting customers' privacy.
