This company lacks the ability to answer questions from its' customers such as, how does the UK Government find out the results of our Covid day 2 tests - do We have to inform them or does nobody bother?
Asked them Twice and they have not bothered to reply!
Very disappointed in their lack of communication skills.
MORE INFORMATION AS REQUESTED:-
Simple - I Emailed you asking about the Process of recording results, as I assumed there is some sort of check by the Government to ensure that having submitted a Passenger Locator Form, they check that we have sent you our swabs and that the results are linked to our Forms somehow!
Do You notify them or do we?
THE ANSWER:-
"Once a result is made available we inform Public Health England of the result along with all the details of the customer."
So there we are people - now we all know.
Getting that information out of them has been like 'pulling teeth'.

Most negative reviews it seems are from a long time ago. My experience was extremely positive and everything was very clear regarding the PCR Tests that were provided. Can't fault anything and will be recommending this firm to my friends and family. The tests arrived quickly and had clear and easy instructions.

I receuved the package on the 3rd day. Actually I was about yo call when the package arrived but I understand its demandong and the manpower msy noy be enough. It was the first time testing myself. Your instructions was straight forward. It also took a little longer to get the results but thst could be the postage. But in all your service was good.

Awful service which is overpriced and cons people. Don't even see why they are in the gov. Website as they don't reply to emails dispite saying they will within 24 hours... £123 down the drain for the mandatory test which I didn't receive.

Lateral Flow service was impeccable! Quick dispatch after ordering, even quicker to get my result certificate, less than 15 minutes! Easy to follow process from start to finish.

I bought a day 2 test and a rapid antigen test. Really good service, easy to do the tests and very clear simple instructions. The lateral flow test was super easy to do and results were back within 15 minute! I followed along on the faster checks app and it was super easy to do. I also got some discount for purchasing these as a package which was great!

Day 2 Testing arrived by the time I was back in the UK, and upon mailing it back I got my results within 48 hours.

Always a little unsure when choosing a new on-line service provider; especially related to COVID-19 anything! Needn't have worried did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would, reasonable pricing and great service. When I misplaced my result and emailed them they raised a ticket instantaneously and forwarded a copy within 4 minutes and closed the ticket a minute later. Now that's what I call impressive! Thanks Everything Genetic!

Great service. I had to take a day 2 test after travelling. The kit arrived on time, very clear instructions and very quick turnaround of the results. I would definitely use Everything Genetic again. Highly recommended.

After hearing of others having problems receiving their PCR tests and/or delays in getting results we were relieved to receive our test kits the day before they were needed.
We posted our completed tests on the afternoon of day 2 and received the results by email on the morning of day 4.
The cost was £60 each for 2 of us plus £3 postage.

Swabs were delivered promptly, a couple of days before we returned from our holiday. We sent them off via NHS priority post box, as instructed and we could track to confirm delivery. Both my husband and I received our results less than 24hrs from swabs being received at EGL.

Test was waiting for me when returned home. Easy to follow instructions and prompt result. In all very pleased with this company and would recommend.

Once ordered and details given I had nothing else to do. The test kit arrived before I came home from my holiday so that I could do my PCR test straight away and post it. I received my result the following day. The whole process was very simple.

Very clear directions to perform test. Only nuisance was having to go to post office to send it off. Response by email fast ( 2 days).

Everything worked out at the end but the website states that an email will be sent once the kit has been shipped which did not happen. Not a very user friendly website but as I mentioned we got the results 2 days after the tests were sent to the lab.

Ordered x2 day two tests. Have now been back in the country ten days and no sign of the tests. Can’t speak to anyone, no ring backs from leaving your number and I want a refund as these tests are now pointless. Could have isolated and got out quicker than receiving these tests.

Turnaround time was far too long, missed flight as a result. Cheers!

Very easy to order and both the LFT and the PCR (Day 2) test arrived quickly. Didn’t end up using the LFT as rules changed but the day 2 test was easy to use, had clear instructions and came back with our results quickly. Would definitely use this company again if I was travelling.
