We initially worked with another company for custom logo handheld fans, but unfortunately they were backordered and wouldn’t arrive in time for our event. After some research, I found Everything Branded and I’m so glad I did! Lewis was incredibly helpful in finding exactly what I needed at a great price, and the turnaround time was impressively fast. When the fans arrived, I was blown away by the quality. Everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend them and especially working with Lewis, who truly knows his stuff!

I placed an order with Everything Swag on 2/24/2026. At this point I have to get an attorney. I received nothing as quoted in their email of, "You'll receive next steps with 24 hours." After receiving nothing, I tried to call the number listed on Everything Branded's website. BECAUSE HEAVEN FORBID A COMPANY HAVE IT'S OWN PHONE NUMBER. They finally answered after 4 phone call attempts and said, " OOO your order # is with Everything Swag and they are their own separate entity so I can't actually help you with that, but I'll be sure to talk with my colleagues about it." I was promised an email that never came from that. I was given the generic, info email for Everything Swag. I recommend never even trying to get ahold of them. To date, I have sent 4 different emails to different accounts. I have done the live chat through the Everything Branded website because once again, the Everything Swag chat doesn't work. I have called 4 times to the Everything Branded side to receive the same answers every time.
Do not give these people a dime. Do not waste your time. Giving them 1 star is unfair. I don't know how they earned a star. They have fake reviews that are AI generated based on past customers in Europe. The United States branch is the worst customer service and customer experience I have every received.
