I worked with Ludwig from EB to purchase promotional merchandise for an expo. Ludwig was very responsive throughout the process and demonstrated excellent customer service. While the products received were generally of good quality, some of the pens purchased did fall apart, which was a little frustrating.
I did find that differences between our company’s purchasing process and EB’s process made it challenging to arrange payment via a purchase order, resulting in some delays. That said, the products were ultimately delivered in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciated.

From the minute we reached out to EverythingBranded with an idea in mind, the service provided by the team was outstanding. While we had a short timeframe to get a product sorted, Ludwig was amazing to work with; his consistent swift responses and providing mock-ups in a timely manner allowed us to get our product delivered right on time.
