Not pleasant
My experience with the therapist at Islington Clinic was not pleasant. I believe whoever works in health, wellness, and aesthetic sector needs basic communication skills as well as customer, client service.

Shashelle was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable. She took her time with dealing with me and also to explain the process. Because of her and her great customer service I will continue coming back. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Not a very relaxing experience compared…
Not a very relaxing experience compared to most facials and lasted only 30 min when advertised as 40. No massage at all even when applying moisturizer and loud pop music that kept cutting in and out. Also has made the condition I went in for worse. Therapist was lovely though.

Wonderful consultation experience
My consultant was warm, professional, patient and very thorough in her explanations. I can see why she is a manager.
Her manner and impeccable appearance is an asset to your company. In these days of ‘anything goes’ attitudes, you can take it from an older person, this is not the norm. It’s how things used to be. And it’s lovely!

My 2nd visit for laser treatment
My 2nd visit for laser treatment. I called in without an appointment at 6pm on a Thursday. Was seen straight away. I can tell from the questionnaires and after treatment care that this is an ethical clinic that really cares. Thanks Leah for excellent treatment. And another bonus...great value for money. Everyone is really helpful
Everyone is really helpful and friendly. They give you time and answer your questions. Shashelle looked after me today and she was amazing!
I was a bit nervous but I was made to feel completely comfortable and now looking forward to my laser journey!

I’ve had such an amazing experience at EverySkin, and I especially want to thank Kasia.
She has always been so kind, caring, and genuinely lovely. As I’m relocating, I had several prepaid sessions that I was worried I’d lose, but she went above and beyond to help me fit them all in so I didn’t lose my money. I really appreciated how much she cared and wanted to help.
The laser results have also been incredible. I’ve seen such a huge reduction in my hair growth, and I honestly wouldn’t change my experience if I could. I highly recommend EverySkin, and if you’re lucky enough to have Kasia looking after you, you’re in the best hands. Thank you so much, Kasia!
