I have the same problem as all who have…

I have the same problem as all who have reviewed every mail.com paid £50.yearly subscription charge on 8th August couldn't send mail on both email accounts set up on talktalk mail,you can't get to speak to a real person, however my bank got in touch with me suspecting fraud as everymail where trying to set up renewal payment plan so the bank declined my payment.
TalkTalk have a lot to answer for as they are responsible for talk talk mail.

EDIT: I got your information - thanks for providing it. I had a look and I can see your payment was indeed blocked on the 7th by your bank suspecting fraud. I think you probably let them know that it wasn't because the payment succeeded on the 8th.

It looks like everything else is in order, but if you're having any further issues, please let us know using the support chat in My Account.

I sent a request for more information through Trustpilot, and if you can provide this, I'll have a look and see what I can do to help with your issue.

If your bank flagged your subscription payment as fraud, then this is most likely the reason why you're having problems, since this means they did not allow us to charge the method of payment you used.

If you do wish to subscribe, you should either talk to your bank to let them know you approve of the payment, or use a different payment method. You will most likely need to go through the subscription process again and provide the direct debit info, or other payment info, then complete the new subscription.

I say "most likely" because I do not know your specific details, and if we're still trying to collect payment, or if your account was already canceled after many attempts. If you provide your info, I can help you more specifically.

Absolute rubbish!

Absolute rubbish! My Aunt had to pay subscription to change from Talk Talk and still cannot send emails. No one able to help from Talk Talk. All waste of time and seems like scam. Who pays for emails in 2025??

We've sent a request for more information, and if you can provide your details, I'll see if there's anything I can do to help.

We are not TalkTalk, we are Everymail, and before now we were just the people providing the email platform used by TalkTalk.

Since TalkTalk have made the decision that they will not continue providing email for free to those who are no longer their broadband customers, we at Everymail have stepped in with a plan and service to help those customers who do wish to keep their existing emails and email addresses.

I understand the frustration at being asked to pay for something that had been free, but there is a cost to provide the service, and since we don't use advertising, we can't do it for free.

We understand that there are many free/ad-supported options out there, and that not everyone will feel the value of keeping their existing mail is worth it to them. There's no requirement to subscribe.

No one to speak to... No Contact numbers

No one to speak to . Do not complete any Direct debit EVERYMAIL Question .... are you just scammers ?? . Still cant send emails via Talktalk and have now ensured the DD is cancelled ..

Shame on you TalkTalk for handing your customers to such a useless organisation known as EVERYMAIL

I'm sorry you seem to have had some difficulty with this transition. I've sent you a request for more information through Trustpilot, and if you send your details, I'll see what I can do to help you out.

Just to clarify though, we are Everymail - a group that has been providing the email service that TalkTalk provided to its users, and now working to provide a means for former customers of TalkTalk who do want to keep the email addresses and mail to subscribe to our service a do so.

We don't use ads, though, and we can't do it for free. We charge what we hope is a fair price to continue hosting and managing your email securely and reliably.

As Talktalk/Tiscali is changing to…

As Talktalk/Tiscali is changing to Everymail I subscribed on 22nd June 2025 and still cannot send emails. The notification says to subscribe. I have contacted Talktalk customer service who referred me to Everymail, all that happens then is it opens the talktalk page of emails. Absolutely awful. Cannot send emails to change my email address to another.

One possibility:

Without knowing your details, there is something that is tripping up a number of our customers trying to subscribe. After you create a direct debit mandate (if you use that payment option), this can look a bit like you've subscribed. You'll get an email confirming that the mandate is created and that Everymail can charge you.

But, if you don't continue through the rest of the subscription process, then you don't actually buy a subscription.

This is a quirk of how direct debits work and a requirement from the banks and payment processors. Maybe this isn't your issue, but if you provide your details I can check on things directly.

I have paid for a subscription

I have paid for a subscription to keep my TalkTalk emails. I still however cannot send out emails from any account as I still need to "subscribe" I cannot chat to a real person beause according to the chat bot I need to "subscribe". I have contacted talktalk, who suggested contacting everymail. I did but cannot speak to anyone because i need to "subscribe" Do you see the problem!?
