The best thing the Bushnell Event Center is doing by far is working with EverBridal. From consultation and demo I was sold. Starting my onboarding meetings set up the price guide is so beautifully and magnificently created reflecting everything that we have complete with pictures of weddings from our venue. They have saved me hundreds of hours by managing leads talking with our potential couples and customers. I sit and watch the dashboard and if I need to jump in I can everybody has been professional workable friendly and again they have done nothing but save me so much time and they are bringing tours to my facility I can't say enough good things except if you haven't checked them out don't walk run You won't regret it

We currently use EverBridal at the venue where I work in NC. We were seeing a big lull in tours and interest even though we had been on WeddingPro for about 5 years. As a new wedding venue, Palmer Inn Estate, one of our biggest challenges has been simply getting our name in front of engaged couples. Since partnering with Ever Bridal, the results have exceeded our expectations.

In less than a month, we've received more qualified leads than we generated in an entire year on other wedding platforms. Within the first two weeks alone, we booked two wedding weekends. While that may not sound like a large number to venues that host multiple weddings each weekend, we specialize in wedding weekends, operate seasonally, and only host one wedding per weekend, so those bookings represent significant success for our business.

One thing that surprised me was just how quickly the leads started coming in. The volume can feel overwhelming at first, but Ever Bridal's inside sales team has been outstanding. They respond to inquiries promptly and continue following up with couples when leads go quiet. Follow-up was always one of the most difficult tasks for me to stay on top of, and having their team handle that process has been incredibly valuable.

I generally only step in when couples have specific venue questions or are ready to schedule a tour. The team can even schedule tours on your behalf, although I prefer to handle that part personally.

What I appreciate most is that Ever Bridal doesn't feel like just another venue listing site where you're displayed alongside dozens of competitors. Their advertising is actively generating the right leads - couples who are genuinely interested, schedule tours, and ultimately book.

Everbridal has been a great platform for us! One of my favorite features is definitely the organization. They make is so easy to find conversations, add notes, and make appointments! I also love how they have different stages so you can categorize individuals. It makes it so simple to see where different people are at in their process!

After a month with EverBridal I am very happy with the entire experience! The onboarding process was professional and easy. The client communication has been timely, warm, and thorough. Our client communication rep has been very communicative and quick to answer my questions. He really worked to understand our venue pricing and policies. They are super easy to work with and so much help getting everything set up to go and I booked my first wedding a day after the first AD ran. I can't even keep up with all the leads and tours pouring in. Thank goodness they handle it all for me. They stay in constant contact and place all tours on my calendar. Always verifying I have the date and checking to make sure tours times work for me. I would give them a 1,000 stars if I could!!

My venue has been working with Ever Bridal for around 7-8 months now and I have truly seen a difference in my work load since allowing their team to step in.
