Lack of competence led to them getting the days of shifts wrong. Me and my team arrived on site to find there was no client there. Needless to say we were all sent home with the minimal offer of two hours pay, despite some staff members travelling from other cities. Subsequently the remainder of the shifts were cancelled as I then wasn't available for 'all of the days'. I had taken time off my other job to do the work. Now i'm out of pocket and they've wasted mine and four other peoples times.

I have worked one event which ran smoothly (no complaint about that). I was offered to work another event a couple weeks later which I agreed to and then got no confirmation, however it was showing as active on the website. Their 'emergency phone' never answered and they did not respond to my emails regarding confirmation of this event. I had to wait until offices were open the day of the event (which would have made me late to the event) and they said they didn't know what went wrong. I have now missed this opportunity to work do to poor communication.

I worked for them on one event, it was to work 2 days, and after i was there all my sift I found an email that I didn't go to my sift and cancelled my second sift. I called them to ask why I was getting the same answer, "we Will investigate and call you back" they never called back. After telling me that they can't find my signature I present them proofs of my attendance and after 1 month on calls they found only half of my signatures. They found and my sign out signature but it was out of the box they say. Keep in mind that all the attendance was on tablets that the supervisors where handling and they where just tik my name every time. They have only pay me until my break and they are refusing to pay all my sift. The people at the phone are bad, I don't trust them and work for them again
