Until you make a claim
Until you make a claim, you've had no experience. Therefore in the absence of n/a it can only be one star. The company says it isn't about claims experience but about the purchasing experience (which was excellent) This needs to be made clear.

Thank you for providing your feedback and I do completely understand why, at this stage, you feel like you are not able to fully review us/the product purchased ,as thankfully you haven’t had to use the policy and make a claim.
Reviews at this stage would typically be left with comments on things like, service, turnaround time, ease of use and price as a few examples.
If you feel like you are able to provide feedback on any of these points, an updated review would naturally be welcomed.
However, if you feel like you are not able to provide us a review at this stage, could I kindly ask for you to look to remove the review left, as 1 star ratings are reserved for a poor experience rather then not yet being able to comment one way or the other.
