It is so easy to arrange cover
It is so easy to arrange cover, you can just get one day's cover if that's all you need and as a charity that only holds 2 or 3 events a year using this company saves us hundreds of £'s a year.

The requirement for a copy of contract…
The requirement for a copy of contract for the cancellation cover is a bind as some facilities used do not supply a copy of contract. Everyone Active at K2 Crawley is an example. Can you make this simpler?

Thank you for providing some feedback with regards to the process of getting the cover set up for you.
To allow as many options for our customers this is something that we are currently working on developing with our system providers to allow clients to be able to make changes and pay for the policy online, and we are hopeful this should be in place soon.
Just for your ease of transaction should you need to make any amendments or take out any additional covers, in the short term we are able to take email instructions and payment can also be made via an invoice/bank transfer to avoid needing to call within office ours as I can appreciate that isn't always feasible.
I hope the event went well and if you need anything further then please don't hesitate to contact me.
