I wish I could give no stars.
I usually check whether or not a site is legitimate before ordering but was in a rush and seeing that it was from Vancouver, I just went for it
These are Dollar Store quality shoes
The fabric is thin and cheap, there is no arch support, and the bottoms have no traction and are slippery.
I also believed that there were free returns, but when I asked how to return them I was informed that I would be responsible to pay shipping to China. So, because of this, they suggested I keep them and gift them to someone and they offered to refund 10% ($5) back to my card.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I wouldn't embarrass myself by gifting these. They are only good for giving to a second-hand store, or throwing in the garbage.
Also, I have to point out the false advertising. These are NOT orthopedic, there is no support at all.

The quality of the item was very POOR. The parcel does not come from Vancouver, it is probably some sort of drop ship situation. Poor customer service and delayed responses. You have to pay to return something. Seems very scammy.

Like others I wish I could give zero stars. The product that arrived looked nothing like the photo online - instead of a knit cardigan a cheap polyester version arrived. SO disappointing. I wish I had looked into it before purchasing. The fact that it is misrepresenting as a Vancouver boutique is terrible. What a scam!! Hard to not feel violated by buying from this site.

I tried to cancel my purchase 3 hours after placing the order. The company refused, saying that they don’t accept cancellations until the product is received by the customer. I initiated a return when I received the product, and waited over a month to receive the return address. This is in China, and postage will be $48.00 to return the item.

I don’t think this company acts in good faith. I wish I’d read the reviews before placing my order.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They advertise nice looking products and charge a reasonable price for them. Then the items arrive and are just plain junk. Then they tell you to keep the items and they will pay you 10%. Or you can pay 14.95 per item and send back to China, even though they came from Ontario. That tells me they are selling really awful stuff for a lot of money and people just can't be bothered sending back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible - I got scammed - the product is nothing like advertised - took weeks to arrive and when I wanted to return they said it had to go back to China (at my expense) - instead they offered a 10% refund.

I ordered their Orthopaedic Slip-On Mules. What a joke. The shoes I received bear NO resemblance to the ones I ordered. Terrible quality, wrong sizing, not as described. Everything about this purchase was a nightmare and indicative of false advertising. I tried to send a complaint and refund request through their contact information. It disappeared into cyberspace. I’m seriously unimpressed. Stay away from this online shop.

Wait times were not bad.
Product ok but very different from the pictures.
Decided to keep what I ordered didn’t need the hassle.
Not sure I would order again.

This is one of those expectation vs reality gone wrong shops. Clothing looks beautiful on their website and you think because they charge a higher price it will deliver as expected. Nope! Cheap knock off version is delivered. Sure refunds are guaranteed but what you don’t realize is they want you to ship back to China tracked which will be higher than the cost of the item. They bank on this. They’ll offer you a measly 10% to avoid the hassle. You can push and they’ll go a bit higher but at some point they simply wear you down until you accept some partial refund. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this site.

I wish i could give no stars but this won't let me. I ordered a dress online because in the picture it looked nice. When it arrived, not only was it completely see-through (not what the pictures depicted), but also the back was supposed to be a V shape, and it's a full back. When i reached out multiple times , even though it says it's available 7 days a week for customer service, it took almost a week to get back to me. And the reply i received was that i had to return the item to Asia and it would be costly.. but they could offer me a 10% refund to keep it. Are you kidding me? Isn't that false or misleading advertising (which is illegal in Canada-as they show their website labeled evelyn-vancouver.com)? I think it's absolutely unacceptable.. Why would i accept 10% to keep this garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Be very careful. I would not suggest ordering from this Company. They will accept returns, however, what the don’t tell you when ordering is they are based in ASIA and have no any North American companies. They will offer you a 10% refund and you can keep the product. The product is not high quality. I could order at a fraction of the cost from TEMU or Shien and be treated much better. You need to push to get a reply. These companies have place in Canada!

Saw their ad on IG, of what seemed to be a nice dress plus they're located in vancouver, what could go wrong? Received today, to say disappointing is an understatement, it is garbage. Their website states retuns within 30 days if not satisfied but then, returns accepted only if there is a defect. The defect is, false advertisement, quality of dress is nothing more than trash

The Item that was shown and I ordered from their website and what I got were two different things. The item I got was a total piece of garbage and did not at all look like the picture they show. If you want to return the item you have to pay for it to be returned to Asia. Although their name includes Vancouver in it they do not have stores in Canada, everything comes from Asia. Their customer service has been of no help and refuse to credit the item that will be used as a rag to wash my car. Do not order from this company. Horrible.
