This online site is deceptive and should be avoided. The quality of the product is extremely poor and does not match the image online. Getting a refund has been impossible with the run around that the credit card refund has been issued, but never received. Numerous correspondences and weeks later, there is no resolution.

This place is a BIG scam, DO NOT order from them!
Not from Vancouver at all, it's crap from China, not worth the price or hassle.
Order took forever to get, then tried to return and got the run around, you have to pay for shipping to return. Ended up giving me a 30% discount on something I will NEVER ever wear.
TOTAL SCAM PLACE!

If your a pre-pubescent teen, then MAYBE it will be okay.
The bra is flimsy material and couldn't support an egg.
If you try to return it, response back is "it's too expensive to ship back to China so how about we give you a 10% refund".

This is drop shipping from Shein or Temu. I was charged 69.99 for a $19.99 Shein Dress. Awful quality. They use Vancouver in their store name but returns are to Asia for huge $$$. Scam.

The quality for the price. I was astonished to find such shoddy merchandise for the price I paid. Awful experience, and if you want temu quality , go there, it will be cheap for a cheap price. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Things started okay, although delivery took awhile. When my dress arrived I was happy with it but unfortunately it was too small. I wrote within 2 weeks to start the return process. Communication was a bit delayed and we wrote back and forth about different offers instead of a return. I insisted I wanted to return and was finally sent the return information. Then, when it came time to it I received an email saying it was too late and not within the 30 day policy. I pointed out that I began the process well within the timeframe and the company purposely delayed responding. I have never had such poor customer service. Shop elsewhere as most of the clothing can be found on other websites - it’s not Vancouver. All comes from Asia.

I waited to receive my2 orders, free shipping in Canada. Obviously my orders did not come from Vancouver! They advertised a closing-out sale, but since Ive finally received my 2 orders via Canada Post, via New York, USA, the dress was not as advertised & fabric very shoddy! I find that they are also distributing clothing & shoes via Amazon! The supportive sandals began falling apart the first time I wore them outside! I am totally disgusted with the products from this no -Canadian company! Beware of products not as advertised!

Absolutely awful experience. I would give them "0" if I could. We ordered a cat-themed cardigan that we saw on Instagram. The delivery date kept changing. When it finally arrived, it fit very small and the sleeves weren't even close to being long enough (stopped at my elbows). The fabric was more like nylon. When we contacted them to return the product, they offered a different size for an additional cost. When we said no, they told us we had to return the sweater to China and it would cost as much as the original purchase (if not more). Would never, ever deal with them again. Shame on us for not checking their reviews first. Buyers beware!!

This company engages in fraud,offering one item and shipping another. Then when you called him out on this and ask for a refund they offer you 10% of the purchase price and you can keep the item, or return it to them at your expense to Asia with a high shipping cost. Instructing you to declare the value of the returned item at only $8. They will not acknowledge that the item they sent is not what was offered. This company can not be trusted. Do not order from them.

Buyer beware! This company does not have “leave a review”and yet they show positive reviews from customers, it’s all a scam. The shoes I ordered were not as pictured, they were not orthopedic as advertised. The soles were plastic and uncomfortable. I sent an email to the vancouver company and found out they go back to Asia no where on their site do they indicate this, they make out like it’s easy to return. They offered 10% refund. I found out from the post office it would cost probably cost as much as the shoes cost or more. The whole experience was exasperating and time consuming. This company misleading and dishonest to say the least!

This company is out of N.America, the Vancouver added to the name is misleading.
The website picture and the dress you actually get couldn’t be more different.

They clearly advertise easy returns. I emailed them for return instructions and they offered me a 10% discount to keep the dress. I asked for instructions again, they offered 20%, then 30% and let me know the returns was to Asia.

They also suggested I give out the dress and take a partial refund. The dress is so bad I don’t even have heart to donate it, as it should be trashed.

I gave up trying to return, but leaving a review to hopefully save others from making the same mistake

What a joke. Don’t ever buy anything from this website. They advertise on Facebook as Evelyn and Grace Vancouver. This company is based in China and not Vancouver. I ordered two items and still waiting after 3 weeks. I should have read the reviews before buying. Once I receive my purchase I will TRY to return them. The reviews are also stating that it’s a hassle to return their products.
Keep your money and do not order from this company. I wish I can rate them a 0

The item is a complete scam. The products are not as described. Sizes are completely erroneous. They are NOT from Vancouver. The return policy is completely false. They offered a 10% refund on the item in 2 days. Not a complete refund or a refund for the shipping.

It is May-2026, I placed an order last NOVEMBER 25 and still have not received it. Each time I put in the transaction # or order # it states "Order not found". Complete scam. Please heed this advice and don't waste your time or money with this company.

The item I received was the poorest excuse for anything resembling the item I ordered and in the most horrifically chintzy cheap material. I took photos of both the online item and the garbage I received. I did wonder when my item was rather slow for supposedly coming from Vancouver (I live in Canada) and tried to track it as suggested, but not at first for I did not want to have have to sign on to another site, but when at last I had access to tracking on the shipper's site, I was annoyed to see it had not even been in the country or continent and felt more than misled by the fact they had indicated they were an actual Vancouver store. I read the instructions for returns and saw they claimed the right to charge for shipping for returning their devious item misrepresentation. Then I checked online for other complaints and learned that I might as well write it off as another blatant thievery that floods our internet and lives these days. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED FIRST TO SEE IF THERE IS MENTION OF INTERNET OF SCAMMING OR MISDEED!!!!!!! I AM ASTOUNDED THEY MANAGE TO REMAIN ADVERTISING ON ANY PLATFORM..I SAW THIS ON FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE! IS THERE NO PROTECTION ANY MORE!

Well buyers do not believe the ridiculous oh yes return within 30 days policy. The shoes I purchased are rigid and not flexible and they hurt my feet immediately. They don't look like the picture in real life. So when I asked to return them I was told that I have to send them to Asia with my own money. If I knew they were coming from Asia instead of Vancouver Canada I would not have bought them in the first place. Buyer beware!

Beware of clothing companies that have names of 2 women with a website to order. The sites are all scam sites. They will often say they are moving their warehouse, or some will say they are stopping production of certain clothing and there's always a sale where you get a cheaper price if you order 3 colors of the same piece of clothing. I believe pics of the two women (all different companies with two women usually. Ie. Sisters, mom and daughter, friends etc are Ai and not real people. There are dozens of these 'companies' with similar names (ie. Evelyn and Grace, Jenna and Barbara Etc etc and they will say .they are bases in a Canadian city. I believe they are all based in China. Buyer Beware.

I usually check whether or not a site is legitimate before ordering but was in a rush and seeing that it was from Vancouver, I just went for it
These are Dollar Store quality shoes
The fabric is thin and cheap, there is no arch support, and the bottoms have no traction and are slippery.
I also believed that there were free returns, but when I asked how to return them I was informed that I would be responsible to pay shipping to China. So, because of this, they suggested I keep them and gift them to someone and they offered to refund 10% ($5) back to my card.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I wouldn't embarrass myself by gifting these. They are only good for giving to a second-hand store, or throwing in the garbage.
Also, I have to point out the false advertising. These are NOT orthopedic, there is no support at all.
