Don’t be fooled by the back & forth phone conversations.
Do not trust them from sales to management they’re crooked, phone calls back & forth are bull convincing you they’re getting you the best deal! The buy now pay in a year isn’t worth anything as they be on to you demanding money as soon as there fitted. Keep away. Guys who did the work were good but told me they could’ve done the at two thirds the price!

Update,
As Mr Grundy, never responded to Trustpilots request for more information, to make sure this review is genuine, then we deem this a Fake review.
Dear Mr Grundy,
I can only assume this is a fake review and this is why,
Firstly I completely disagree with your statements in your review, we are proud to say we have been trading for nearly 25 years and only a select few windows companies have achieved this, how would we have achieved that if we were crooks, the buy now pay later is exactly what it says, you have up to 12 months after installation to pay the balance, the decision of when to pay is in your hands nobody else's. The finance company will never contact you asking for payment, we are approved by the FCA for using finance and there is no way categorically for them to ring you, the only time they would ring you if you had missed a payment, which on buy now pay later isn't due for 12 months after install, so your statement regarding us demanding money immediately is clearly a untruth, if you actually did have any work done by us, it states on every email how it works.
At no point would any of our installers say that they can do the work at a two thirds of the price, so what price did they give you I'd like to enquire, and why would they say this? as they know we fit a tried and tested product which is still installed and working in customers properties after 24 years.
And finally if I read your review correctly, you are saying all of the statements above and yet you used us to fit the windows, why would you use us to do your work if you thought we were crooks, it doesn't make sense.
Regards
Allen Brookes
The new black windows give the a new look.
I recently reviewed euroseal windows and gave them a 1 star not because of the overall job just couple of things that was unfinished and the hiring of scaffolding that was never used. But having spoken to Allen Brookes at the company he resolved those issues by reimbursing the cost scaffolding which I'm thankful for. As I said the overall job was great and the windows look amazing.

The team and work quality was excellent
The team was excellent, best workers we’ve had in a very long time - friendly, polite, hard working and cleaned up after themselves. Scaffolding was put up in less than half a day. Gutters soffits and fascia for a large house done in 2 days. The workmen turned up at the time arranged and the work was completed to a very high standard. Excellent communication at every point with company informing us of when they were coming, what time and what was going to happen. No hard sell. So happy that we are having more work done by Euroseal next month. Would highly recommend.

Poor quality windows & customer service
Windows were installed Nov 2024. Installation was poor, rather than putting bricks back in they filled holes with compo - looked shocking . Vents were faulty so when it was windy it was really noisy. These issues were eventually rectified. The lock on the composite front door has been changed 3 times now & is still not working correctly. The 2 front upstairs windows catch when being closed. They have been changed twice but still not right & we are now struggling to get them changed for a 3rd time. The company don't call back when they promise to. They have booked appointments to come out then not turned up when we have taken time off work & lost money in doing so. They don't seem to care. For the extortionate price they charge for the Windows all they seem bothered about is putting pressure on you at the point of sale to get you to sign up for them then not give a damn when things go wrong. I wouldn't recommend them . The only recommendation I would give is not to go near them with a barge pole. We have given them plenty of opportunity to put our windows right before leaving this review but as they still haven't felt we had no choice but to leave this.
Thankyou for your reply. I can assure you I am not a window company. My partner has been the person contacting your company so I have emailed his details to you. To make this even worse when the windows were installed he had literally just come home from hospital after suffering a heart attack & having triple bypass surgery. He is still not fully recovered & this stress is not helping his weak heart.

Dear Nicola,
I'm really sorry you feel this way and I apologise if we have let you down, we pride ourselves on our product and customer service so I'm very shocked to see this review, If you could kindly share you details with Trust pilot, I will look into this and get it sorted immediately, We do ask that you can give your details as unfortunately we do have other window companies leaving fake reviews about us, so if people don't share there details we can only assume its fake, so if you could kindly share your details, its private and only Trustpilot and myself will see it. Once I receive them I will get this matter sorted asap.
Kind regards

New front Door and 5 Windows
From the initial contact, visit to quote and installation, everyone involved were friendly, courteous and professional. Had a new front door and 5 new windows ... change of colour and design from previous and I am delighted with the quality and efficiency of the installation and the finish. Special credit to Lee and Kieran who worked hard to fit in a thunderstorm and bursts of torrential rain! Lovely chaps who deserved lots of coffee and biscuits! Thank you

The lads were pleasent quick and efficient. The cleaned up after they had completed the work. Prior to leaving they showed me photos of the completed work from the outside. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and I have no hesitation in recommending them or contacting them next time I need work doing.

Trustpilot asks all the reviewers, who have written a review on here, for there information.
This is used to guarantee that they have had a genuine experience with Euroseal Windows. They then have 3 days to provide a email and phone number confidentially and this is only shared with Trustpilot and myself, we also request this because as they have the time to write the review, we feel its very fair for us to request to know if we have definitely spoken with them in the past. If the customer deems it necessary not to respond (why write the review in the first place), we mark the review as Fake, and as Gareth Young hasn't responded, we can only assume it is a Fake review.
Hi Gareth,
Apologies that you have received unwanted calls from us, we buy all our data from a GDPR approved company, so at some point you have agreed to marketing calls, If you would kindly send me your details I can assure you that you will receive no further calls, we run a very stringent system, and as soon as someone requests for us not to call, they are taken off our database immediately, If you send your details to my email below I will remove it immediately.
Kind regards

Offered a 12 month quote of 9k for 4…
Offered a 12 month quote of 9k for 4 windows 2 being small ones, they then came down to 5k straight away soon as I said no that's too expensive. Soon as Mentioned time for me to think about it as this created some doubt they got very rude basically told me to do one and the 12month quote was only for 9k not 5k. Sounds to me like they pull prices from the sky and bully people to signing the dotted line on the day! also got a better quote from a different firm same windows for 2k. Cowboys.

As ive already told them the rigmarole that you have to get through just to get a price is horrendous. No body this day and age wants to go though that... work wise and the end result is fabulous ut weather you barter down to a price that's reasonable is beyond comprehension.. my neighbour loved my canopy but I told her to go elsewhere as it would be cheaper..
