Were incredibly fast on the shipment, i wasnt sure what to expect but they mean good business, even were willing to work with me on a refund when i rhought i ordered the wrong part

My tire order shipped promptly and for a single tire order was very well priced. Communication was great and my tire arrived exactly as described. I'd be happy to order from this vendor again.

The Radium 10 micron fuel filter was the element only. The part number was listed as “not available”, where other sites listed the part number. The advertisement showed a fuel filter assembly, not an element only. When I contacted the company after receiving the element only, they apologized for the issue and did offer a free return on the item. In retrospect, I should have questioned the price and contacted the company to verify what the item actually was rather than just “assuming” that it was a filter assembly at a terrific price. I will keep the element as a spare, but will order the assembly from elsewhere.

Wow these guys are absolutely awesome! Ordered a K&N Typhoon for my Kia forte. Price was the cheapest I've found compared to every other site. Also, shipping was insanely fast. Took 5 days from the time I ordered it until it hit my mailbox! A++

Ordered a set of coilovers for my ford Raptor. Placed order and didn't hear back from company at all. I was going to cancel my order then I finally heard from them 2 weeks later. If I never said anything they would have prolly took months to ship it out. Will not buy from this place again. Also product came with scratches but was not going to worry about it because would have been a hassle to deal with them again.

Slow shipment initiation and no chance talking to a live person for any post-sale service (that’s why it is only 4-Star).

Item was shipped fast. Great quality and selection. Prefect fit on my Porsche.

I ordered a Haltech Nexus S2 and their universal 8' flying lead harness from this company because it was on sale. Never again. As far as I can tell, these people are just drop shippers that buy from the manufacturer and sell cheaper because they pay dealer prices. Their customer service takes weeks to respond to emails, if at all, they never pick up the phone regardless of what their hours may say, and they didn't give me any information regarding my order until I threatened a charge back several weeks after placing the order and not receiving any updates. Once they finally answered my email, they tried to pin it on Haltech. Claiming that they were supposed to ship it by a certain date, but EPS would check with their warehouse. The hassle I had to go through was not worth the discounted price, and I can guarantee I will never purchase anything from EuroPartShop again, and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
