Euro Parking Services A Disgraceful Display of Mismanagement and Unfair Practice
My experience with Euro Parking Services has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. I parked legally and paid for my parking via bank card, yet I received a £60 penalty notice the following day. I immediately submitted an appeal under reference number 1100114, attaching clear evidence of payment, including a screenshot of the transaction. I sent this to their official email (infoeuroparkingservicescom) and have received no response whatsoever.
Their customer service number (0845 121 ***) is completely unresponsive — it rings out with no answer and appears to be inactive, making it impossible to speak to a representative. Shockingly, instead of resolving the issue, they escalated the charge to £160, which is entirely unjustified and reflects an alarming lack of due process.
Euro Parking Services appears to operate with *zero accountability, ignoring valid appeals, offering no means of communication, and issuing inflated fines to law-abiding individuals. Their approach is unprofessional, opaque, and unethical— a system that feels exploitative rather than service-oriented.
I have already provided all necessary proof, and it is unclear what further evidence could possibly be required. I strongly urge the appropriate authorities to investigate this company’s practices and hold them to account.

17th October me and my wife parked our cars in a pub parking space where we host events yearly and registered both our reg on the parking registration which the owner did see as she was ensuring that we do, one of the reg seem like it got signed in but it seem like it didnt go through, i got ticketed for 1 of the car twice, during the appeal my ticket did not extend discounted rate and now both are £100, trying to get hold of someone which website is not working also the email "noreply" which they advise to send an email also no response and info email which also didnt have any response.
I feel like theyre forcing me to pay the higher price by force, I am sending a letter to their CEO as all I needed was someone to speak with but after 10 days of trying still couldnt reach anyone and website is still not working.

Getting these people to review my evidence is like pulling teeth out (slowly)!!! The PCN details are wrong!! I was not parked for 22hrs and have evidence. They say in all reviews please use the Chatbot, what an absolute joke, it doesn't work. I real person would take 2 mins to look at my evidence and say yes we were wrong!! Something needs to be done about these conmen!!!

Disgusting!!! Refused appeal when disabled adult had a seizure and car could not be moved due to it happening. Diabolical! Refused appeal on their terms and conditions. They must be aware MEDICAL emergencies like this override their terms and conditions. Wrongful application of their terms caused unnecessary stress and strain. They appear only interested in enforcing a large fine! No response from them to the messaging service so far!

Money grabbing opportunist!
Vehicle went into limp mode and driver stopped with Hazards on next to the road on double yellows for 2 minutes only. Appealed the PCN but got turned down.
Companies that use their services should think twice!!

I am extremely disappointed with Euro Parking Services. A few months ago I briefly stopped at a Tesco car park I parked in a bay but on my way out my phone/internet disconnected, there were no free bays to return to, and I stayed safely to one side for about five minutes to set my map and buy snacks to calm my children. I later received a Parking Charge Notice saying I’d overstayed. I appealed and explained I eventually paid £160, which I did with great distress it left me in tears and has been a real financial strain. They are now threatening court action. I’m not afraid of court, but I simply cannot find the time to attend while I care for my children and manage everything.
This experience felt heartless and unfair. Parking rules are one thing, but there must be compassion for genuine human situations. I hope EPS reviews how they treat parents and carers in distress.

£120 to Wipe Baby Sick – Premium Service
Apparently, Euro Parking Services offers the most expensive baby-cleaning stop in the UK. I pulled into a church car park for 10 minutes when my baby started wretching. I didn’t park in a bay, didn’t turn off the engine, didn’t even open the doors. Just reached back to wipe his mouth.
For this luxury experience, EPS decided to charge me £120, that’s about £10 per minute for the privilege of keeping my child clean. Bargain, right?
I appealed, thinking common sense might prevail. Nope. Got a generic copy-paste rejection that ignored every point I raised. Compassion clearly isn’t part of their business model.
If you’re looking for humanity, flexibility, or even basic decency, avoid any car park managed by Euro Parking Services. Unless, of course, you enjoy paying triple figures for a two-minute emergency stop.
To top it off the car park is owned by Park United Reformed Church!!!!
the number doesn’t work !
i appealed i didn’t even get an email to say they have received my appeal just nothing f then get a letter for £100 when really during an appeal it should be out on hold ! scamming i don’t think it’s legit and don’t reply with your shit automated messages your robbing people

The conduct of Euro Parking Services (EPS) towards my 76-year-old father and his disabled daughter (a registered Blue Badge holder) has been shocking, distressing, and raises serious ethical and legal concerns.
In August 2025, my father stopped for just 2 minutes and 35 seconds at Birmingham Coach Station to help his disabled daughter reach her coach safely. The car was parked fully within a marked bay, with only one wheel slightly touching a yellow line.
My father, who suffers from prostate complications and was recovering from cataract surgery, was acting out of care and necessity — not negligence.
Here’s what followed:
• 11 August 2025: He submitted an appeal via EPS’s official online portal, attaching the Blue Badge and medical evidence. An automated acknowledgment confirmed that a response would follow within 28 days.
• No response ever arrived. When he checked later, the online appeal portal was locked, preventing further access.
• Weeks later, EPS claimed they had rejected the appeal on 13 August 2025 and sent a response by email. However, no such email was ever received or logged.
• When we escalated the matter to the International Parking Community (IPC), they reported on 31 October 2025 that EPS had instead sent a postal letter rejecting the appeal — and even attached an alleged letter as “proof.”
• This claim directly contradicts EPS’s own version (which referred to an email rejection) and makes no sense since the appeal was submitted online, not by post.
• The alleged letter has no posting record, timestamp, or metadata, and appears to have been retrospectively produced only after IPC involvement — an extremely serious concern.
Despite these glaring inconsistencies, the IPC claimed “due process was followed.”
In the meantime, EPS escalated the case to debt collectors, demanding £160 — a sum that now exceeds my father’s entire monthly state pension allowance. He has engaged in good faith with every stage of the process, yet is now being harassed and threatened with legal action for a case that was never properly handled in the first place.
EPS’s dismissal of the Blue Badge — claiming it is “not valid on private land” — demonstrates a total disregard for the Equality Act 2010, which requires reasonable adjustments for disabled people and carers.
This pattern of ignored appeals, contradictory evidence, and intimidation is echoed across dozens of public reviews. EPS operates in a manner that exploits the vulnerable, including the elderly and disabled, through fear and confusion.
We have reported this case to the DVLA and IPC as potential evidence of data misuse, falsified documentation, and discrimination against a disabled person.
No elderly pensioner or persons with disability, or anyone should ever face this kind of mistreatment for briefly stopping to provide care.
Update (Nov 2025):
After my complaint, the International Parking Community (IPC) — the industry body that represents and regulates private parking companies — shared what Euro Parking Services (EPS) claimed was an “appeal rejection letter” dated 13 August 2025.
This was the first time I had ever seen this letter. It was never received by post or email. My appeal was submitted through EPS’s official online portal, so it makes no sense for them to claim they responded by post.
The document appears to have been created after the fact, raising serious questions about whether false evidence was produced to mislead both me and the IPC. EPS’s conduct now looks less like a mistake and more like a scam-style practice — using confusion, pressure and intimidation to extract money from ordinary people.
The IPC’s review process is not independent or binding; it exists to manage complaints against its own member companies, not to enforce consumer law.
This matter has been reported to the DVLA and Trading Standards for further investigation, and we are fully prepared to challenge this in court if necessary.
My father, aged 76 pensioner and carer, is still being chased for £160 after stopping for two minutes to help his daughter at a coach station — despite doing everything by the book.

Got a PCN. The signage was not clear plus semi-hidden by boxes. Live Chatbox kept disconnecting and ending the chat. A total and utter disgrace.

I am trying to resolve a PCN that I received from this company in a case where my car has been cloned. I managed to submit an appeal and have received a reply asking for some pictures of my car and crime number etc. I am trying to send these details to the email address I was given but it is an invalid email address. I have tried to use the live webchat but as soon as I ask to connect to a real person it disconnects me. I have also tried phoning the number on their website which instantly directs me to the payment line which then directs me to MY mobile provider (Tesco mobile). I can’t see a resolve to this as I can’t contact the company by any means. To be fair the whole thing stinks of a scam to me so be careful if you come across them.

I recently received a Parking Charge Notice from Euro Parking Services for briefly stopping at the Beeches Road Service Station. I submitted an appeal explaining that I was only there for around three minutes to grab a drink from the nearby shop, something I’ve done before without any issue.
Their response was confusing and frustrating. In their email, they stated:
“If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your appeal, YOU CANNOT APPEAL AGAIN.”
Yet, in the attached letter, they went on to say that I could appeal to the Independent Appeals Service (IAS). These two statements completely contradict each other and make the process very unclear for motorists who are just trying to understand their rights.
I also found the signage at the site unclear and poorly marked — nothing obvious to say it was for “premises only.” If the signs were properly displayed, this situation could easily have been avoided.
I’ve now made a formal complaint asking them to review their wording and be more transparent with customers. People shouldn’t be misled into thinking they’ve got no further right to appeal when they actually do.
I hope Euro Parking Services takes this feedback seriously and improves how they communicate with people. Clarity and fairness should come first, not confusion and intimidation.

I was shocked to find out I had received a parking fine through information sent to me via head office.
I received £60 fine which went to £100 before I even received the notification. I arrived on a petrol station forecourt to fill the works van up. But on arrival I noticed I had the wrong fuel card. so I drove further into the car park and turned round and made a phone call to work to explain what's happened.
I was on site for less than 2 minutes. 1 Minutes 28 to be precise. That's driving in and turning around and left site. all in 1 minute 28 seconds. how can you justify this. Its an absolute joke. what a bunch of con artists. I've appealed this and it was rejected straight away. now I've received a reminder notice of £100. I dint even have chance to pay £60. I've tried to contact the company via email and phone calls but no response. I have been to the site and found a little notice right at the back of the building. wow i needed my glasses to see the thing.
this is not acceptable by any standard, imagine how many people get screwed by this company on top of the government having our pants down also. The worlds gone mad.

Charged me £60 for parking slightly over the white line between spaces despite the fact thet there was rubbish & glass all over the place. I sent photos of all the rubbish & pointed out broken glass & the fact a car had parked next to me without any problems but they rejected the appeal. Unfortunately cant upload pictures... the "car park" was a disgusting sh*t hole of a place with rubbish everywhere. I know full well that if I refuse I'll go to court and they'll just no show so I can avoid paying,.. but I cant be doing with all the irritation of going through the process. This is what these people rely on. They should be made to pay for every court no show. That would make them a bit more discerning on appeals.

Massive Scam!! Received a 'reminder notice' for a PCN that was never received when i appealed it was rejected but in the appeal i requested for the original PCN to be sent with the details as all the letters just say 'details given on notice'. You cannot speak to the company except by writing a letter. It’s obviously a scam, if it was a real fine the details would easily be provided surely?!
In response to the comment - I have reached out on the live chat several times, most the time it won’t connect and when you speak to someone they also are unable to give details. I have reached out via email and post. I’d call but you don’t offer a number. I still do not have the original PCN or the details

Euro parking services have just robbed me off £60 stating I was parked at B&M location in Subriton for over 4 hours when I had visited the B&M twice on the 13th of September. I sent receipt from Google Wallet of my two payments at different time. I went swimming with my kids and headed to B&M n the morning, left about 15mins later for my home where I stayed till when my wife asked me to get her some times at the same B&M at about 2:45pm. I even did a stop at my local Iceland and my local shop to buy other items. This is fraud by Euro parking services as the image sent has no proof of me going in and leaving in the morning and in the afternoon. This is just a cash making system and I hope that one day your business crumbles.

Pulled over for 3 minutes at Capability Green Business Park to check the address & map for the place I was visiting - issued with a £60 fine! Appeal rejected despite pointing out in the photos it is clearly visible that I did not leave the car. Unbelievable.
UPDATE - following response from Euro Parking Services below : I followed the appeal process, after the appeal got in touch via the live chat. Explained the situation again in hope that the previous processes were automated and a human with some sense could intervene. The response was the same, "PCN issued in accordance with policy...". This response to the review is just an attempt to look like a caring organisation, you are not. Site owners contracting their parking enforcement with this company need to wake up and make a change. Who is going to visit a site where the visitors are persecuted by these vultures?
And "warm regards"! You are joking right?
