Very good prices and fast reliable service, good communication etc. generally very happy with the service

Received a text message every day for last three days saying they would be collecting the toilet the next day.

Now received another text saying Monday now.

That’s ten days since the toilet was off hired. A total unacceptable service yet they simply don’t care.

I booked a euro loo clean with the company. The cleaner called me at 7:54 am to ask me what time the builders come on site. I said 8:15. He said ok then hung up. I went to check the site on the same day a few hours later and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. O rang the person back as I had the number he called from and told me that he didn’t remember speaking to me and that he doesn’t know which property it was . Bearing in mind this was only a few hours later I had called him. 1 have been charged £72 and the toilet was not cleaned.

Helpful sales team, and helpful customer services team that responded to my emails very quickly. Delivery driver was equally helpful. The portaloo is what it says on the tin, expect they're all much of a muchness! Not great to have to use one but needed for us during a bathroom refurb.

Terrible company - wish we'd never used them and are now using a reputable company instead. Hired a toilet for our tradesmen and in the last couple of months it wasn't serviced at all, resulting in a toilet unfit for human entry. Tried calling literally 20-30 times, but nobody answered or replied to our messages. AVOID!

booked toilet empty for welfare 3 weeks ago, still not done.
have phoned 25 times and stress importance to be done immediately or will put works on hold.
No contact from customer service, very rarely bother to pick up the phone.

Second time using this firm. Poor service from start to finish. Firstly didn’t turn up within the 1 week designated timeframe, no contact to advise why. When they were contacted I was given and extra 3 days waiting period. When they actually turned up all they did was pump out the loos. No cleaning involved. The rubbish that was in the loos they threw out on the floor outside the loos. Shoddy work.

Unlike many companies that try to impose extra charges, Euroloos offered us a concession as a goodwill gesture, simply asking us to consider them again in the future.

Having worked in the construction industry for over 12 years, I can confidently say that Euroloos Limited is one of the most customer-focused companies I have ever come across. Their dedication to service, professionalism, and fairness is unmatched. We highly recommend them without any reservation.
