Waited nearly 2 weeks for my order despite emailing and calling the branch. Then when it turned up it was wrong!

Large selection of materials at great price.5 metre lengths of fascia delivered direct to my door.

So easy to order goods on line. Ordered goods late morning. 1.30 pm received phone call to say they could deliver the next morning. 9.10am goods delivered by a friendly driver Martin. He put the goods around the back of the house. Excellent service.

Very helpful, friendly and professional. We weren't sure what we needed, Malcolm at the Newport, Isle of Wight branch was very informative and gave advice and suggestions on which materials would suit our needs. Then over to Dan, also at the Newport, Isle of Wight branch, who did various quotes whilst we made up our mind, ordered everything we needed and let us know when things would be delivered. An all round great team, Thankyou Dan and Malcolm. Would definitely use your services again.

Went in for x3 lengths of over skirting board. Was shown a better alternative for my needs, given good advice on installing in my summer house. Dean Harris was very helpful. Excellent service.

I recently ordered a small amount of cladding from Eurocell Isle of Wight which was delivered exactly when expected. Unfortunately a few days later we realised there was an item missing and spoke to the branch.
It was taken on board totally and without question with the missing piece being delivered in unbelievably quick time. Mistakes happen and I have no issue but Dean and his team put on a spectacular performance for which my team and I were very grateful.
Today I visited the branch again for some further items. There are several other suppliers I could have used literally within yards of Eurocell but Dean was again massively helpful and I'm about to confirm an order as the prices are also good.

Ordered 5 strips of trim, they phoned me up to tell me they were ready to collect, turns out there was only 4 available to collect, then failed to call me when the last one came in. Still Waiting 2 weeks later.
