Locks good, dishonest company
Locks good, good price and rapid service but took weeks to order as web site couldnt process payment and escalations got as “it works for everyone else”…. Eventually told them I’m not really that interested in the web page, Im trying to buy locks, can we do this over the phone? In the phone call the rep said “yeah, loads of people complaining the web site doesn’t work!”. LOL, get your story straight guys. Dishonesty has lost you 2 stars on a five star product.

Thank you for your review, I can see one of the team assisted you with placing the order over the phone.
The confusion lies due to new and more thorough 3D secure checks, the colleague you originally dealt with was unaware of this issue due to them covering for annual leave and it not being their usual department.
If this had been queried on the phone with the second member of staff during the placing of the order this confusion could have been rectified without the need for this review.
We are sorry you feel that we are a dishonest company, we do everything we can to assist our customer and aim for all of their experiences to be 5 stars. Unfortunately on this occasion that was not met and we apologise.
