Excellent product although challenges with paying via the website.
I had problems paying for the goods on the website. Once I made contact with someone it was all sorted. The product is excellent and fits well, it was also delivered next day.

A very efficient service in the end
After some initial difficulties in placing my order via phone and then online, the staff were very helpful and quick in resolving the problem via email exchanges. Second time around all went smoothly and the delivery process via DPD was one of the best I've experienced communication wise.

Good service with some caviats
To the point sent within the timescale only issues are need to send for quote rather than just order on line. Had keyed alike locks and the lock that was adjusted was not as smooth as the original and as such is a little gritty when in use. Otherwise overall good service

Impossible to speak to anyone
I've tried reaching out multiple times, but haven't been able to connect with anyone over the phone or via email. I ordered a lock expecting next-day delivery, but haven't received any email confirmation or the product itself. It's a bit concerning, and if I don't get a response soon, I might have to involve my bank.

Using existing keys
Helpful staff, understood my query easily and made our previous lock without a thumb turn work with existing coded keys enabling using old keys. That was environmentally friendly and less expensive so great all round.
