Ordered an additional Ultion lock directly from Euro Secure's website. Provided my unique key ID, desired size and received an emailed quote, promptly. Lock arrived as promised via courier. Installed lock successfully. Would definitely recommmend Euro Secure's services!

I had to get a key for my dad’s new door, he lives in another to me. So I haven’t tried it yet. But it was a brilliant service. The guy I emailed told me what the difference between the two prices were. It got delivered yesterday.

I had a complete nightmare trying to change the cylinder in by bifold door. I emailed customer service, who talked me through step by step of what I needed to do, they then emailed back with the lock I needed and a link to order. The lock was delivered the next day, was easy to fit and works like a dream!! 5 star service!!

The keys were ordered on line on an easy and secure sight and they were delivered the next day.

Bought 2extra keys with key caps delivered very quickly needed to ask a question after the purchase requested a call back which never happened phoned directly on hold for twenty minutes so gave up so sent an email which was answered very quickly by Shaun who dealt with my query very quickly and sorted it so I’m a happy customer
