The reason for this is because I am deaf and there was no option given to say which best method of way to contact me. This is why I was unable to answer the telephone. if I was given the option then I would state email or sms is best way to get in touch with me. that is same for deaf people.

Mixed Experience.
The good: Pre sales query was researched and accurately answered rather than just guessed.
Once ordered, delivery was swift.
The bad: A quote would not be given without my full address and key numbers, this poses a security risk.
The website was unable to process my order from the quote created by the rep requiring a BACS payment to be made at the time of order. This reeked of a push payment scam but as the value was low I took the risk and delivery was quick and hassle free.
The end result was good but the journey was not smooth.

Ordinarily, our service is fully automated so you can order & pay online however, we were experiencing some technical difficulties around the time of your order & Michael who looks after Euro Secure was having to do all orders manually. This is not usually the way we do things, hence the need for your address & key numbers & a BACS payment.
I apologise for this being the case with your order as I appreciate we are all pretty worried about internet scamming these days.
I am glad that you got sorted & are happy with the product. We got there in the end.

I ordered new keys for an Ultion lock
I ordered new keys for an Ultion lock. The quote was provided very quickly. The order was placed, I received an email from Ultion locks to confirm whether I had placed an order for new keys (a security procedure). Once I had confirmed the order the process to produce the keys progressed, about 24 hours later the keys arrived. Very impressed with the service.

Great product & service once quote received. Minor negative point I never receive the quote email (in inbox or spam) , 1st email received asking what I think of quote, I then reply and request quote. Once received easy order process and prompt delivery.

Really quick and efficient
Really quick and efficient. The only disappointment was paying for next day delivery and it taking 2 days. Completely DPDs fault, not EuroSecure, who when asked refunded the delivery cost.
