I love my new coffee machine—it works great and makes excellent coffee. I also had a great experience with customer service. I accidentally entered the wrong address, but they were very kind and fixed it immediately. Highly recommend!

This is a great company, mainly i can find most of the things what i searched or some alternative. I have a missfeeling about there is no costumer service via phone just via online, because of this is just 4* rate

Senki ne rendeljen innen. Gagyi termék, az emailekre nem válaszolnak. Kis keresgélés után ugyanez a termék a feléért!!!megkapható. Visszaküldeheted egy Szlovák címre több ezer forintért, és lehet se pénzed, se terméked, és még a postaköltséget is kifizeted. Ismétlem. Senki ne rendeljen innen

After purchasing a product that did not work, returning it the next day after delivery for 50% of the product cost, and contacting the company about reimbursement, I was told that reimbursement comes after 30 days.
OK
1. Why 30 days? Is this delay justified???
2. Why does it cost so much to return the product? (I tell you why: Despite being a Hungarian company, I had to ship the ordered product abroad.)
3. Why the reimbursement did not arrive even after 45 days?
I tell you why: SCAM
Avoid buying from this company!
I hope some costumers file a lawsuit against euro-markt.hu

The product quality is garbage, costumer service stopped answering my emails. I will take legal action against them. Do not buy from this website.

I ordered a wireless (Rechargeable) lamp but it didn't charged even after 5 hours. To return it I needed to pay the transport which was almost the same price of the product so I decided to keep it and out of curiosity I opened the screws and there was no battery and charge circuit inside, the lamp works only plugged in.
Is a "smart" scam because the sent product is not completely unusable and at a price so that doesn't worth paying to return it. The order done on euro-markt.ro but this is the only place I can place a review..no wonder why is so difficult

I've been trying to return a product for 3 months, and I still haven't received my refund. Instead of customer service, I get responses from a bot, or no response at all. Low-quality product, non-existent customer service, I do not recommend shopping on the Euro-Markt websites!

Bought a watch with a bunch of functions, half of them didn't work, it was like a toy watch. When I wanted to return it, I had to pay for delivery fee, plus they do take their time with the refund. They confirmed 8 days ago the refund, but still nothing. Every time I write to them, I get an automatic email, it is very frustrating. Customer service is mostly automatic replies, when I asked for actual specific info, I still got a template. In the end with delivery fee and all for return, 50% of the watch's price is lost even if I get a refund. Worthless...

No customer service. They advertise with unreal keywords on google so their ads pop-up along with good brand products in order to mislead naiv shoppers like me. Then they don't want to send your money back, they do not react and even their name is a cheat, since they have nothing to do with Europe, they are based in Hong Kong. I do not recommend anybody to shop from them.

My dad ordered a watch from them, however, the watch turned out to be a counterfeit. So, we immediately sent it back to their headquarters in Slovakia, this was more than a month and a half ago. My dad hasn't received his money back, and they're not responding to his emails either. I've ordered from many places before, this seems to be a new shade of scam in dropshipping.

legal rip off. low quality products at "special" prices - returning a product will cost you more than the product itself. The "company" is an offshore sold by Graham Frank Bibby - about 100 of them at same exact address.

Minőség nulla, Hulladék termékek. Ne vásároljatok innen, átverés az egész.

Low Quality products. Items I ordered have been either faulty or low quality. Possible to return products which means it cost me the total purchase price. As they do not provide free return label. Legal rip off.
