Enjoyable spa experience with the masseuse Olga, she was the best and lovely. Olga helped release the tension and knots in my back during my massage. She ensured that I was relaxed and comfortable throughout and catered to my request of a firm to deep pressure during my mixed (Swedish and deep tissue) massage. Left the spa feeling light and blissful.
Staff at the reception and around the spa were also friendly and helpful

My massage therapist, Olga, was amazing. She gave me the best massage i’ve ever had. She was very patient, friendly and professional. She made me feel very comfortable and I was thoroughly taken care of. I will definitely back for another treatment and will request Olga.
I had afternoon and that was very nice too.

A special thank you to Mrs. Olga for the amazing massage. She was highly professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Her technique was excellent, helping to relieve tension and leaving me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely be returning!

My experience at Euphoria was fabulous. Sri, Elena and Ajeela were simply amazing!

I had a lovely chilled relaxing time at Euphoria, the sauna, jacuzzi was nice a stress relieving but the massage by Fiaza (hope I spelt her name right) was the ultimate relaxation, I literally felt the tension and stress leave my body during, after and even up to 2 days after my massage, would definitely recommend her and will definitely be booking again, thank you.

The Spa is beautiful, a little smaller then I expected, as I expected there to be a swimming pool, but the jacuzzi was nice regardless. The massage was exactly what I needed in the zen room, the package was worth it with the afternoon tea, and as it was just for myself, I couldn't eat it all, but 100% worth it. It was luxurious, and I will definately be back, and would definately recommend.

Unfortunately, several of the facilities included in the experience were either not functioning properly or were not adequately maintained, which significantly impacted what was supposed to be a relaxing visit.

Firstly, the salt room was not functioning during our session. We also overheard other guests making the same complaint, which suggests this may have been an ongoing issue.

In addition, the hammam room was not working when we attempted to use it. We initially informed a member of staff at reception, who came over and advised us to sit inside for a couple of minutes as it should start working shortly. After waiting approximately five minutes with no change, we approached another member of staff, who then informed us that the hammam had not actually been switched on. By the time it eventually reached an appropriate temperature, around ten minutes of our allocated one-hour spa session had already been wasted.

We were also disappointed to find that the water bucket in the sauna room had not been topped up, and we had to refill this ourselves. This added to the overall feeling that the facilities were not being properly monitored or maintained by staff.

Throughout the visit, there appeared to be a lack of attentiveness from staff members, who often seemed rushed whenever we approached them for assistance. Rather than feeling relaxed, much of our limited spa time was spent waiting for facilities to become operational or addressing issues that should have already been managed by staff.

Very disappointing experience at Euphoria Spa. Several of the spa facilities, including the steam room and salt room, were not working during our visit. My partner and I had to ask staff twice to check them, only to be told they had been switched off and needed turning back on. Staff seemed rushed and not particularly attentive throughout. We also overheard other customers complaining about rooms not working, so it clearly wasn’t just us. Even the hairdryer in the changing area didn’t work. Overall, not the relaxing experience we expected and definitely not worth the price.

My wife and I visited Euphoria Spa yesterday, and I have to say—it’s a wonderful place with a great atmosphere and a truly relaxing vibe. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish.
Ajeela welcomed us warmly at the reception, which immediately made us feel comfortable. At the beginning, a staff member guided us through everything in a very professional and friendly way, which was really helpful and well organised.
Later, we had a one-hour massage with Umer. He is an excellent massage therapist—dedicated, professional, and very attentive. He was both gentle and strong when needed, regularly checking the pressure level and bringing great positive energy to the session. I chose a deep tissue massage, and he really knew how to release tension and stiffness from my muscles.
The spa facilities are also fantastic and well equipped—there’s a large jacuzzi, great dry and wet saunas, a banya, and a salt room.
Today I feel refreshed, and all the tension is gone :)
Thank you to Euphoria Spa and the entire team for an excellent experience. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be coming back!

Lovely place to relax, aesthetically pleasing, staff were friendly and welcoming. I didn’t really understand a couple of the spa rooms, didn’t really do nothing tbh and that’s why I rated it a 4. The massage was wonderful, I need a sports massage and hit the right spots. My wife had a facial and she loved it, very relaxing, a nice couple of hours!

Awful customer service- we booked through a third party and then there was an issue with the booking saying hadnt gone through and we said we understood and tried to come up with a compromise they said they would honor it still but said we had come back in a hour but 10 mins after we left they called us to say they are no longer going to honor it and were going to charge us the full price again so disappointing

I got a visit to Euphoria Spa as a birthday gift and loved it. The place is spotless and smells amazing as soon as you walk in.The physiotherapy session was honestly the best l've ever had - really professional and made such a difference. I left feeling so much better. I would definitely visit the spa again♥️

I recently went to Euphoria Spa and really lovely experience. The staff were professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The spa is very clean and well looked after, and the whole place has a calm, relaxing feel. Feels like a bit of a hidden gem in London.

The physiotherapy session was honestly the best I’ve ever had. The therapist was very professional and I could feel my body feeling better.

Would definitely go back.

We came for our anniversary and booked the hammam and massage package – it was such a lovely experience. The whole place feels really clean, calm, and smells beautiful.

The hammam was so relaxing, and the massage after was perfect – just the right pressure and really professional. We both left feeling completely relaxed.

A really special way to spend our anniversary. Would definitely come back.
